This lovely home is located in a quiet neighborhood five miles from the popular River Street. This 2,100-square-foot home, which sits on a treed half acre lot, was recently remodeled and beautifully furnished and boasts a brand-new private pool! When you aren't taking a refreshing dip, enjoy time exploring the woodsy grounds or spending a lazy afternoon napping in the hammock.

Inside, relax in the comfort of the quaint living room, cook meals together in the well-appointed kitchen, and rest well at night in the three bedrooms, each of which includes a TV. Gather in the family room and sink into the leather sofas, turn on the TV and enjoy a group movie night.

A pool/guest house was also added, a perfect space for greater privacy and relaxation, and offers many conveniences including a queen bed, full bath (shower, toilet, sink), and kitchenette.

THINGS TO KNOW
The pool is open from March to September and closed from October to February.
The fireplace is not operable.
Guests must use their own accounts to access TV streaming.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice Home/ Area with quick drive to Savannah

My Girl Scout troop of 7 girls and 2 adults stayed here for 6 days and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Quick drive to Savannah where we spent all of our time. Easy access to Food Lion for groceries, some fast food and other necessities. Only problem we had was while the home was big enough for us to sleep and enjoy, there is only one shower. The water did stay nice and hot for all of us though. We enjoyed our stay in the Pineapple House!

Great overall with a few caveats

Overall we had a great stay at the Pineapple house however there are a few things to know that aren't included in the listing: Pros: -there is a ping pong table with tons of paddles and balls and there are a few board games (Sorry, Uno, Savannahopoly) -there is a large front/back yard, a hammock, and a grill (we brought our own propane) -the beds are really comfy, rooms are spacious, and there's central AC and heating to set as you like -the location is off a main road and everywhere we needed to go in Savannah was within a 15 min drive -the cupboards were stocked with dishes, grilling and regular utensils, and coffee and filters and the appliances were all stainless steel and work well Cons: -trains can be heard at some hours of the night in different parts of the house - bring earplugs -there are no plug outlets in the bathrooms -there is no dining room table but there is a small table and a few couches -the front door required a TEN (!) digit code to enter and we couldn't enter via the side door with the same code -I received texts from Vacasa and the property management company from five different numbers and emails with the same info so it made it hard to keep referencing everything. A single page of things to know would have been great

Lots of space......

No heat for the week, no dining table for number of guests it can hold to eat together, washer and dryer look and sound like they were picked up free along the road. Lots of room that could be used better. Beds very firm.

Pineapple 🍍 House

I loved the house was really spacious and clean, very well decorated, I loved the pineapple theme of the house decor, loved the huge yard , and the comfortable beds. Overall great stay would book again.
