This most affordable luxury home with a pool in the state! Cats are on the property and ONLY outside. Please do not choose this listing if you have a problem with the outside cats. No pets are allowed in the home.

Guest access:
The home includes convenient self-checkin for easy access to the house for your entire party. The steps and information on how to checkin will be sent via VRBO before your stay. The house also has security cameras located at the front and back of the house. There are NO Interior cameras.

Parking:
The driveway can hold up to 9 cars making it easy for large groups to enjoy off-road parking. There is room curbside for around 6 more cars making a combined total of 15 parking spaces! Do Not Park on the grass this is a HOA Community, a fee of up to $500 will be assessed and your vehicle could be towed at the owner expense.

Front of Home:
When you enter the neighborhood you are met with luxurious mini mansions. Upon pulling into the driveway you will notice the beautiful landscape including palm trees that are located around the front of the home. On the porch you will find a nice sitting area where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the neighborhood.

Downstairs:
When you enter the home you are welcomed with both formal dining and living rooms. The formal dining room houses a large-family sized table that can seat up to 10 people with a beautiful china cabinet to complement any group/family photos. The formal living room is a Paris themed room with French doors an a pull-out couch with a memory foam mattress for large groups! After you pass the formal areas you are met with an open floor concept living room, kitchen, and eat-in kitchen. In the kitchen you will find a double door fridge and a pull-out freezer with an ice machine both on the fridge door and inside the freezer. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and baking pans and has a bar with bar-stools that overlooks the kitchen. The eat-in kitchen is where you will find a low-sitting glass table perfect for breakfast and quick meals. On the opposite side of the downstairs you will find the living room with comfortable seating and an 80-inch TV with curve that is perfect for watching a movie or a football gamete unwind after a day of fun! Past the living room is where you will find the laundry room with both a washer and dryer free to use during your stay! Lastly, you will also find a half-bath perfect for a quick wash-up before any meal.

Upstairs:
Across from the kitchen you are met with wooden stairs that lead to the rooms and theatre room. Directly to the left when you go up the stairs you will find the glamorous sports-themed theatre room that includes a luxurious bar with a mini fridge, microwave, ice machine, sink, and snack bar. There are 7 chairs in the theatre room that face an 80inch smart tv that can be used for any streaming or for cable-watching. [insert tv packages].
Across from the theatre room you will find one of four bedrooms that are upstairs. This room is the Michigan room and is decorated with Michigan state paraphernalia and has a king sized bed, a couch with automatic recline, and a TV. This room also includes an in-suite private bathroom with a shower through the walk-in closet.
Past the Michigan room you will find the Georgia room and a full-sized bathroom. Inside the Georgia room you will find a king-sized bed, a couch with automatic recline, a full dresser, and a TV. Across from the room you will find a bathroom with a tub/shower, large sink area, and mirror.
On the opposite side of the upstairs is where you will find the Jack n' Jill rooms set up. One room is blue themed and one pink themed. Both rooms have full sized bed with a twin sized trundle and tv's. In the blue room you will also find a large dressed and closet available for extra storage. In the pink room you will princess themed items and kids toys. The pink room also has a view of the lake across the street. Between the rooms you will find a large bathroom with two sinks and a bath/tub as well.

Back of Home:
When you step outside the backdoor you will find a sitting area that can be enjoyed while spending time in the Heated pool. The pool goes to 6 feet and has a sitting wedge where you can sit and enjoy the water without going completely into the pool. Surrounding the pool you can find beautiful palm trees that create the insta-worthy background. The pool can also be heated at an additional fee, but must added 48hrs prior to check in for the duration of your reservation. Please put all umbrellas down when not in use. Fees to replace will be assessed if broken due to umbrellas not being put in the downwards position.

No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed in the home or on the property. Only 4 additional guest over the booked totaled are allowed on the property until 11pm. Extra Guests will be charged $75 per person per night. Tampering with any external cameras or pool equipment will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.. If external cameras or pool equipment is damaged as a result of being tampered with you will be responsible for any repairs.
