This place is very spacious and great for a large group. You do have to walk across a street to get to the beach and there is not a beach view from the house. There is plenty of parking and some fun places to walk to from your house. The outside grill is a little small for a crowd and took awhile for the coals to get hot since there was no ventilation in the grill on the sides or underneath. The pool was clean and a nice size which our group really enjoyed. Overall I would probably stay there again.
