That beautiful emerald green water is just outside your door! With 6,500 square feet, you can comfortably accommodate up to 24 guests and there is plenty of privacy and space for all.

Upon entering this grand home, you will be met with mesmerizing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Recently remodeling of the home has added new flooring, fixtures, and furniture to the already stunning appeal of the home. The renovated kitchen includes sleek stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a splash of color with an aqua glass tile backsplash.

On the first floor, you will find the main living area, kitchen and dining room. There is also a bedroom with a shared bathroom. A private pool with views of the Gulf is just outside the living room so step outside, breathe in that salty sea air and let your cares drift away. The private boardwalk will take you to the sandy shore.

Up the stairs on the second floor is the master suite complete with a private balcony. At the end of the day of sun and surf, slip into a hot bath in the spacious whirlpool tub. On the second level, you will also find two additional bedrooms that each have a private bathroom.

The third level has a fifth bedroom and adjoining bath and additional living area and wet bar. Also, the third-floor deck is the ideal place to entertain guests, enjoy a magical sunset, and watch the dolphins playing in the surf.
