Being positioned in the end of the cul-de-sacs provides extra privacy and helps the back yard to be really quiet so you can enjoy the wild sounds of Hatteras Island. Great property, looked newly renovated. Our host Stanimir was also very helpful and responsive. Tons of amenities like bicycles, beach gear to make vacation planning easier. Would definitely stay again.

Great place!

We loved our stay here! The studio apt was all brand new and immaculate! The bed was comfortable and the shower was great too. (which is always important) The hosts were very helpful and welcoming! We would definitely stay here again.

Annual OBX Getaway

Renting process was smooth. Only wish I'd verified whether there was a stove or oven. There was neither, which presents a problem with very few eateries available. Place is clean and quiet. TV options very limited. Bring a laptop you can connect if you want to have AV options. For the price, it's not bad, especially if you don't mind cold showers.

Hi James, I thought we went through the process with you guys before you checked in with all the instructions and amenities , there are crockpot available, waffle maker, egg boiler/poacher, toaster, 3 charcoal grills outside, also the microwave in the apartment you stayed is an air fryer and convection oven too. Im sorry we didn’t provide enough self cooking options for you but the place is not made for guests to cook thanksgiving dinner unfortunately . Also there are about 4 places to eat in a walking distance. Im sorry there are not more. And actually im opening one next season so there will be 5, i hope it helps. Regarding the hot water and we talked about that too but the standard water heater only goes up to about 180 Fahrenheit and that’s how high our is set…. you cant use the water for tea or instant coffee, but you cant stand under the shower if you run only hot either. If you are using the water for tea feel free to heat it up in the microwave next time. And lastly we decided to go with the rout of smart TV and high speed internet… so our guests can download any app they want and watch any content they desire, because who watches cable in 2022… especially on vacation.
