Great little spot for a couple to stay away from, but close to Bryson City. Parking is tight for a full size vehicle but everything else is great.

Perfect weekend getaway

The property was absolutely beautiful and Ms. Regina was very helpful and answered all of our questions. It was a quick weekend getaway from my mom and me and we throughly enjoyed all the antiques and flowers on the property. Very quiet and patriotic community and we will definitely visit again.

A sweet piece of comfort & beauty!

The host was awesome and truly believes in treating people so kind! This was one of the best vacations spent in Bryson City by far! The cabin is one of a kind with so much beauty and so thankful the host decided to share her piece of heaven with others to make memories! We had the best time and our 14 year old granddaughter did as well!!! We will definitely be back!

Quiet, comfortable, relaxing

Regina is a lovely host, very responsive, and her place is just right for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The view from the front porch is fantastic and a great place to have morning tea while watching the birds at the feeder. The hammock is also nice spot for relaxing.

Peace and quiet!!

This cabin was a little slice of heaven! So quiet and peaceful, away from any hustle & bustle of street traffic. Loved the front porch that was shaded, as well as the hammock to relax in. I will definitely book again!!

Cozy Cabin

We had the wonderful opportunity to spend some time at this rural cabin rental, and our experience was absolutely delightful! The cabin was beautifully decorated, and it provided us with all the essentials for a cozy stay. Its setting was idyllic, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and breathtaking scenery. The owner was exceptionally hospitable and attentive to our requirements. We enthusiastically suggest the Holmestead cabin to anyone seeking a splendid escape. We're eagerly anticipating our next visit!

Cozy

Host friendly and accommodating. Cabin very clean but small and crowded. Someone into antiques would enjoy the Decor. I am a minimalist and like contemporary antiques not my thing. More lighting would be good. We did enjoy our stay. Bed was great

Beautiful weekend in the Smokey Mountains

Absolutely loved the cabin. It was nice and cozy and perfect for my husband and I to get away for a weekend. I can't say enough about the cabin or the host. The location is perfect a few minutes to Bryson City, Cherokee and the parks! I do have 1 remark.(not a complaint) it didn't matter to us; however, parking is tight. Had to make several point turns to get our 4-door GMC Canyon turned around. Driveway and turn around are tight...easier for a car or a smaller truck.

Perfect Place

Our stay was fantastic! Cozy, clean and the bed was so comfortable. The cabin was very roomy for my 14 yr old son and myself. Cozy kitchen just right for a home cooked meal which we did enjoy. Regina was the so kind and went out of her way to make sure my son and I would be enjoying his stay. It is quiet and peaceful. One morning as I enjoyed coffee while studying my Bible ai was blessed with several hummingbirds coming and resting on a limb very close to me. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves peace and quiet with a beautiful view.
