APARTMENT DESCRIPTION / EQUIPMENT: The bright, spacious 2-room apartment is located in the semi-basement of the Villa Stadt Residenz - near the beach and at the same time centrally between Schloonsee and Baltic Sea. The two rooms are spacious and spread over 48 m². The open-plan dining area with fully equipped kitchenette adjoins the tastefully furnished living room. Dishwasher, oven and microwave are standard. In the bedroom, a 1.80 m wide double bed offers comfortable sleeping comfort.  The maritime fitted shower completes the overall impression of the stylish apartment. An extra bed for two more people is provided on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Apartment 2 has a large terrace. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available to the house guests by means of coin machine. The town of Residenz has a small wellness area with sauna and whirlpool, which the guests can use for a fee individually by arrangement. Ideal for relaxing after a beach walk in the fall, winter and spring months.

The villa "Stadt-Residenz", completely renovated in 2002, is located in the heart of Bansin, in the 2nd district. Row, no 2 minutes walk to the beach. After an extensive reconstruction with attention to detail, the city residence has been transformed into a comfortable, high-quality equipped holiday villa. Eight stylish apartments of varying size and layout allow for occupancy of 2 to 6 people. The apartments have a balcony or terrace except one apartment with a French balcony.   Thanks to the favorable location, the apartments in the upper and attic floors offer partly a double attractive view. On the right hand, the view can sweep over the opposite Schloonsee, left you have a limited view of a Zipfelmeerblick on the Baltic Sea.   All apartments are modern and comfortably furnished. The quality built-in kitchens are equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, oven and dishwasher. There are washing and drying facilities in the house. A parking space is associated with each apartment and is located on the parking lot 50 meters away. Pets are z. T. allowed on request.   An additional recreational offer is offered by the on-site spa. The cozy family sauna for 4 people and the spacious Jacuzzi promise pleasant hours in a private atmosphere, especially in the cold season. The spa area can be used individually by appointment.
