High-quality equipped and stylishly furnished, the apartment Harbor Side scores with an exclusive location directly on the harbor promenade of the OstseeResort Olpenitz. Flooded with floor-to-ceiling windows and a phenomenal view over the sailing and marina, this apartment offers full holiday luxury. The view falls on the floating houses and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei with passing sailing ships and the lighthouse of Schleimünde. Harbor cinema is guaranteed here - as well as the picture-perfect sunsets, which can be observed from the balcony.

Barrierearm designed this apartment is easily accessible by elevator and has a walk-in shower.

Above the things can be seen passing sailing ships at the entrance to the Baltic Sea from the entire living-dining area and the balcony from watching. The idyllic landscape of the Schlei nature reserve offers proximity to nature and a break away from everyday life. The harbor promenade is located below the apartment and invites you to stroll with a growing range. Service is guaranteed, as the FERIENHAUS AGENTUR offers a personal concierge service every day from 09:00 to 21:00.

The Telekom Home Entertainment program offers additional entertainment on the flatscreen TV in the living room, which can be enjoyed from the cozy leather sofa and the dining area.

The extensive equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can conjure up delicious holiday meals. The balcony invites to a barbecue evening with a view of the water.

The shower room has a large walk-in shower.

Relaxing vacation sleep allows the cozy bedroom equipped with a double bed and an additional flatscreen TV. Two more sleeping places are available on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room (150 cm x 200 cm).

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, top Lage, super Ausstattung, sehr gemütlich, obwohl sie modern ist. Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf den Hafen und die Schlei mit regem Bootsverkehr. Kein Baustellenlärm, Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus (wenige Meter bis zum Treppenhaus oder Aufzug). Edeka, Bäcker, Italiener, Kaffee- und Weinbar waren innerhalb von wenigen Metern erreichbar. An den Strand (Weidenfelder Strand) gelangt man zu Fuß über die Hafenpromenade am Minigolf-Platz vorbei. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt

Der ganze Ablauf ging total reibungslos. Es wurde hauptsächlich über Email Verkehr alles kommuniziert. An-und Abreise lief dann über sehr nettes Personal das dann das so persönliche Dinge noch besprochen werden konnte.
