Wohnung erscheint auf den Fotos im Angebot größer. Für zwei Personen mit Hund perfekt. Der Ausblick genial.
Wenn m an in der Hochsaison dort ist, muss man Menschenmassen mögen.
Das Gastronomieangebot in Olpenitz ist "sehr" beschränkt. Es gilbt aktuell in dem riesigen Ressort ein Pizzeria.

Schöne Ferienwohnung im 2.OG mit super Ausblick auf den Hafen, die Schleimündung und die Ostsee. Hochwertige, geschmackvolle Ausstattung und alles an Gebrauchsgegenständen vorhanden. In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Durch die Lage an der Promenade und dem Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ist immer viel Bewegung, aber Nachts ist es ruhig. Zum parken und einkaufen sind es nur kurze Wege.

Zwiespältige Lage
Das Resort liegt an einer sehr schönen Lage. Vom App. Marina Sunrise 22 lässt sich das nicht ohne Einschränkung sagen, denn man muss dort während des ganzen Tages das Geplapper und Gelächter von Flanierenden und Restaurantgästen sowie das Geplärr von Kindern und das Bellen von Hunden über sich ergehen lassen.
