High-quality equipped and stylishly furnished, the apartment Alma scores with an exclusive location directly on the harbor promenade of the OstseeResort Olpenitz. Flooded with floor-to-ceiling windows and a phenomenal view over the sailing and marina, this apartment offers full holiday luxury. The view falls on the floating houses and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei with passing sailing ships and the lighthouse of Schleimünde. Harbor cinema is guaranteed here - as well as the picture-perfect sunsets, which can be observed from the balcony.

Barrierearm designed this apartment is easily accessible by elevator and has a walk-in shower.

Above the things can be seen passing boats at the Baltic entrance from the entire living-dining area and the balcony from watching. The idyllic landscape of the Schlei nature reserve offers proximity to nature and a break away from everyday life.

The harbor promenade is located below the apartment and invites you to stroll with a growing range. Service is guaranteed, as the FERIENHAUS AGENTUR offers a personal concierge service every day from 09:00 to 21:00.

The Telekom Home Entertainment Program offers additional entertainment on the large flatscreen TV in the living room.

The extensively equipped open kitchen with WMF appliances leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can conjure up delicious holiday meals. The balcony invites you to relax with a reclining relax chair or to a barbecue with Weber Grill.

The shower room has a large walk-in shower.

Relaxing sleep is provided by the cozy bedroom, equipped with a box-spring double bed and an additional flatscreen TV. Another fully-fledged sleeping area (lying area: 160 x 200 cm) is available on the comfortable box-spring sofa in the living room.

Behind the house is a private parking space and a common bicycle shed.

The OstseeResort Olpenitz and the sailing and marina are located in the development. Therefore, it should be noted that there may be construction activities on the site.

Wohnung perfekt und sehr gut ausgestattet

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, geschmackvoll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings empfinde ich die Bebauung und die Enge der Balkone als nicht sehr angenehm, keinerlei Abstand zu Nachbarn, man ist auf einem Präsentierteller, für drei Nächte in der Nebensaison ok, in der Hauptsaison ungeeignet. Der Fahrstuhl war die ganze Zeit defekt , für gehandicapte Personen ein großes Problem. Das Treppenhaus war ungepflegt.

Toller Urlaub

Waren für 1 Woche Anfang Juni in der Wohnung. Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Anmeldung lief schnell und reibungslos. Ein paar schöne Hinweise gab es auch. Vom Balkon (direkt über der Promenade) gab es einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen und auch die Schleimündung. Lieferservice Brötchen haben wir in Anspruch genommen. Sehr tolle Idee mit der Auswahl durch den Bäcker. Der Strand in Schönhagen ist sehr schön, wurde von uns aber nur besucht aufgrund der Temperaturen. Besuch in Haitabu war toll (ca 45 KM). Die Stadt Kappeln ist traumhaft schön. Toller Hafen mit tollen Restaurants. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub.
