Grateful for the ease of communicating with the Host - Michael! Such a nice home to enjoy - comfortable, clean, and location! Recently added a heat pump to pool - we were able to enjoy a cold plunge and warmer pool water during our stay. Will consider staying here again in the future!

Perfect vacation home!

Our family of 6 stayed comfortably at this great vacation home! It was well stocked with everything you could need. The beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas and sand toys came in very handy. The pool and outdoor area was clean and the kids loved it! If we’re ever back in the Sarasota area again, we will definitely rebook this home. Thanks again!

Sarasota Trip

Love the open concept of this property. I have many relatives living in Sarasota and this place was perfect. Close to the beach and everything in Sarasota. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Sarasota. Siesta Key is very crowded and this property is a much better option. The neighbors are friendly, and it's safe location, no riff raff. It is very quiet and relaxing.

Very comfortable house and responsive owner

We stayed at the property for a week in early March. The inside of the house was modern and lovely, especially the large kitchen. The house had a lot of open space and was very bright. We were very comfortable in the house and found everything to be working well. The kitchen, and the house overall, was very well equipped. All beach supplies were provided. We rented bikes for the week and found it easy to get to town and the Legacy Trail. The owner was exceptionally responsive and got back to us quickly to answer our questions and address any concerns. He really wanted us to enjoy our stay, which we did. Wish we booked for two weeks.

Awesome place for family of six

Loved the property, had ample room for 4 adults and two teens. Foosball table was played every night. Many dinners cooked in beautiful kitchen. Lots of silverware and dishes, baking pans etc. Even had electric kettle for my tea, most places have only coffee maker. Master bath shower was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Sectional sofa for movie night accomodated all six of us easily. We brought our pups and do wish it had fenced yard but additional landscaping is underway which will hopefully consider this, otherwise we could easily have set up a little rope leash in back yard. Location is great, nice neighborhood, felt safe walking any time of day or night. Only 10 min drive to Siesta Key beach or downtown, so it is very conveniently located. I am very fussy with rentals and usually feel the pictures misled me but not this place! I'd love to stay here again next time I go to Sarasota.

Best experience as a first time Vrbo renter

Even though our vacation was cut short due to hurricane Ian, we had a fabulous experience with the host, house, and neighborhood. Michael the host couldn't have been any nicer or understanding about the unfortunate weather the week we booked at his home. He was super accomidating, and was always available to speak with. I will be recommending. Any of this properties to friends and family. Michael, you have a beautiful house in Sarasota, and you are a kind, and compassionate business man.
