Welcome to the ideal home for your family’s Cocoa Beach Vacation! ***pool closed Nov 27-30 *** Located in the Cocoa Beach Towers- this 2 bedroom 2 bath first floor 1200 sq ft condo is just steps to the heated pool & private beach entrance, restaurants & the Cocoa Beach Pier.
King size bed in Master, with a queen & twin in the second bedroom.
Dining area and full patio facing the pool and putting green.
It has everything youll need for your vacation- Central ac, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, linens & beach towels, beach toys and dual slider doors that open to poolside with beach access and putting green.
Comfortable sleeping includes King bed, queen bed & twin with 2 bathrooms.
Close to Ron Jons famous surf shop, Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, the Dinosaur museum, an hour to Disney.

We will be coming back!

This property was exactly as listed! Spacious, Very clean both condo & property surrounding; so close to the pool & beach; our family of 5, kids ages 5, 7 & 8 felt very comfortable & at home; beds were comfortable; kitchen had all we needed; location is perfect for beach days and traveling to Legoland and Kennedy Space Center; thank you for sharing your property!

The proximity to the beach was excellent. The pool has many rules, the residents like it to be quiet—something to consider if you’re traveling with energetic kids.

Perfect location and rental

There are so many great aspects of this property there are too many to list. First, we use vrbo at least 2-3 times a year and this is by far the best stocked house! We had everything we needed from cleaning supplies, toiletries, extra snacks in a welcome basket, beach toys, wagon, board games, toys for small kids, boogie boards, etc. there is just too many to list. Next the location is suburb! Literally just a few steps to the pool and few more to the beach. Easy walk to pier for great food at the restaurant. Walking distance to surf style for souvenirs. Publix right across the street! We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The rental itself is very nice, roomy and comfortable for my party of 6. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of room. The complex is very quiet. No loud renters and parties going on. We could hear the people above us at times but it didn’t bother us too bad and it was quiet at night. The property manager was very quick to respond when I asked about the tv (error on my part for how to work it). Overall one the best experiences and we will only choose the rental when in cocoa beach!

Location Bonus!

Pros: location, awesome pool, well kept outdoor grounds, private, quiet, easy parking, beach access, extra supplies, the layout of the condo was great with 2 baths and sleeping areas that offer own space for visitors. We had 4 adults in the unit. Cons: the condo was not cleaned as you would expect for the price. Surfaces of counters and tables were dirty, TV screens and windows need cleaning, outdoor furniture needed to be hosed off. Toys need to be gone through as some are broken. Condo needs some updates. The good thing was all cleaning supplies were available so we cleaned. It really just needs a good cleaning, fresh paint, new couch pillows. Love the colors and style. Overall, it’s a gem of a place that needs a little polish. We would come back because it is a fun spot!! Thank you for the opportunity to share some feed back. Peace✌🌊🏄
