Our apartment is lovingly and modernly furnished. Here you can feel the Baltic Sea flair and find everything to feel comfortable. The equipment includes a full kitchen, z. B. with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. On the beautiful terrace is also a gas grill available. The apartment has two rooms with kitchen, bathroom and hall as well as the outside area. You sleep in the comfortable box spring bed and spend the evenings comfortably on the cuddly sofa in front of the huge LED TV. Or you can sit on the terrace on nice summer evenings and end the day with a glass of wine. The apartment has two parking spaces and a shed where you can store your bikes.

The property is located in Negast, a small village just outside the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. The two-family house is located in a quiet neighborhood in a residential street. A supermarket with bakery is located in the immediate vicinity. The Poggeweg is right on the bike path, so you can start your tours from here. The nearby forest and the Borgwallsee also invite you for a walk.

Transportation: The best way to reach us is by car. Negast is the ideal starting point for your excursions. You are in a few minutes in the beautiful Hanseatic city of Stralsund (10 km to the city center) or on the island of Rügen (15 km to Altefähr). The peninsula Darss can be reached in about 30 minutes (Barth 33 km). There is also a bus connection to Stralsund and from Stralsund harbor the ferry takes you to Rügen or to the island of Hiddensee.

Your pet is welcome! My parents, who live in the main house, have a cat of their own. This is dogs friendly and uncomplicated. But please bear this in mind and do not let your dog run free, if this is a cat hunter.
