This was a great upstairs, two bedroom with balcony rental. The location is wonderful with the historic houses in the area. Just a few block's walk away from the nearest KC Streetcar junction. That alone is amazing. Add to that, the host is fantastic! We got to talk to him for a little bit, very friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Very clean house. Cannot speak enough good things about the host and the location.

It was as promised. Courtney was a good host. Best aspect was how close it was to everything we wanted to see, both cultural and architectural. The free tram reduced car trips. My sole complaint is that 11 days after checking out, I have yet to receive my 1500 damage deposit refund.

Nice location and wonderful place

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is situated a few miles north of Plaza/Westport. Highly recommend staying here in a comfortable, clean, and spacious rental.

We loved our stay in KC! This property is so cozy, comfortable, and convenient. We were never more than 10-15 minutes from anywhere we were trying to go but felt far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The host made sure we had everything we needed and the check in/check out process was simple and straight forward. We are looking forward to visiting again!

Great stay and a great owner

This property was perfectly located for all of our trip. We were 10 minutes from everything. It was decorated very nicely and the beds were comfortable. The owner was great with communication and he was even nice enough to drop us off at the Chiefs game. We highly recommend this place.
