The residential complex is located directly on the dike behind which the beach begins with dunes. In the immediate vicinity there are shopping and dining options. A parking space belongs to the apartment, otherwise it is easy to travel by bus and train. There is also a lockable storage room in the basement (No. 202) so that you can store your bikes there, for example.
