We wish you a nice holiday in Dahme on the Baltic Sea. Here you have the opportunity to rent the apartment Prohl Whg. 1 mezzanine directly at the park of Dahme.
The apartment "Prohl Whg. 1" is divided as follows:
* You have a fixed parking space at the house.
* Hall with wardrobe.
* Residential.- / Bedroom with sofa area, two windows, blackout curtains, plissees and TV.
* Bedroom (1) with a double bed (2x80x200), wardrobe, TV, night light, pleated blinds and blackout curtains. From here you come to ....
* Bedroom (2) with Tv, Plissees, two single beds (80x200), of which a bed can be converted to (2x80x200), night light and blackout curtains.
* Kitchen with dining table and chairs, plissees, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, kettle, Senseo etc ....
* Storeroom with free washing machine
* Bathroom with toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, window, bathtub (shower screen available).
* In front of the house is the furnished terrace (west), where also the barbecue is allowed.

Location:
The Baltic Sea Dahme (one of 3 seaside resorts) is located on the Bay of Lübeck between Grömitz and the island of Fehmarn with a 6.5 km long sandy beach to the east. The promenade with 1.5 km invites you to stroll with shops and ice cream parlors. The resulting Baltic Sea lounge with palm trees round off a successful holiday. Dahme is located in the sunny area of Germany with about 2000 hours of sunshine. In the north you will find the natural dune landscape with swimming, in the south the steep coast with bird protection areas. The surrounding countryside with its numerous cycling and hiking trails also give plenty of room to move. On the dike you can visit many beaches without having to use the main roads. For children and the young at heart, there are many opportunities for example: playgrounds, skating rink, children's entertainment, children's harbor, street ball facility, surfing school, mini golf, pedal boats, bouncy castle and much more to fill the free time. Of course you can just lie on the beach and relax. You see, here is something for everyone.

Die Wohnung ist einfacher aber gut ausgestattet: W-Maschine, alle Küchengeräte (Toaster, W-Kocher, K-Maschine...), Strandmuschel, TV Geräte in "allen" Zimmern, Betten mit guten/härteren Matratzen, Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten u.v.m. Die Lage ist ruhig, zum Strand benötigt man aber eine Weile. Das 2. Zimmer ist durch das 1. zu erreichen. Bad ist durch 1. Stufe zu erreichen. Man kann hier entspannen !

Gut ausgestattete, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Erdgeschosswohnung

Die Wohnung umfasst das gesamte Erdgeschoss, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sowohl mit Schrankplatz als auch in der Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Beide Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben Smart-TV, das Kinderzimmer auch DVD. Stellplatz und Terrasse gehören dazu, einen Roller und einen faltbarer Bollerwagen haben wir auch gesehen. Wie beschrieben gelangt man durch das Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) in das Kinderzimmer (2 Betten) und durch die Küche über den Hauswirtschaftsraum ins Bad. Das Bad ist nichts für große Leute (Stehhöhe vor dem Waschbecken ca. 1,95m, in der Badewanne unter der Dusche ca. 1,85m). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war bei uns die vorherige Endreinigung zu flüchtig erfolgt. Wir haben das der Agentur berichtet, man wird sich kümmern, diese schöne Wohnung hat besseres verdient.

Hübsche Wohnung. Sauber. Lage gut. Das die Dusche sich in der Badewanne befindet hätte man angeben sollen. War für mich nicht komfortabel.
