Entspannte Ferien

Die Lage war super, die Wohnung in Ordnung, auch der Kontakt zur Vermietungsagentur war gut. Der Lautstärkepegel direkt über der Kneipe war kein Problem für uns, durch die zentrale Lage ist es ohnehin etwas lauter,. Uns hat allerdings der Nikotingeruch gestört, der durch die Raucherkneipe entsteht. Darüber hatten wir uns im Vorfeld keine Gedanken gemacht.

Leider befindet sich die Wohnung über einer raucherkneipe Der Gestank zog oft über das geöffnete Fenster in die Wohnung Man sollte diese Wohnung an Raucher vermieten
