About this property
Anchor Bay Beach House
Welcome to the stunning Anchor Bay Beach House! As soon as you enter you will by amazed by its beautiful and unobstructed views of Lake Erie, in full view from all common areas in the house (even the master bedroom). Town By-Law restricts occupancy to 6 guests total.
This home has recently been renovated throughout and is fully maintained all year-round. Every room has been thoughtfully designed and outfitted for guests’ maximum comfort and enjoyment. The home has plenty of space with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 living room areas, a bar, and a spacious kitchen that overlooks the lake and makes all food prep a joy. We sleep up to 6 guests due to a Town By-Law restricting occupancy levels.
Simply put, the Anchor Bay Beach House is *the* place to stay if you are looking for a chic, comfortable, family friendly lakefront getaway!
PLEASE note in peak summer weeks priority will be given to Friday check-in.
Located on one of Lake Erie’s most coveted private beaches, you will have private access via steps down from the home’s back patio. Enjoy a daily stroll along the beach or relax after a swim in the stunning lake. The beach is a mix of sand and pebbles (depending on the water level and time of year), and the entry is gradual.
We offer a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Additional household amenities include washer, dryer, bar fridge, A/C, unlimited Wifi, Smart TVs (with Netflix & Disney+), and natural gas fireplaces in both living areas. We sleep up to 9 guests with a maximum of 6 adults per stay. Our home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large groups of young adults. We provide all linens (except for the pull-out sofa), and all bath towels (but not beach towels).
Bed and bath layout is as follows:
Main Floor:
Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 – Bunk Bed, Queen on the Bottom & Double on the Top (sleeps 3 adults or 4 children)
Full Bath with Bath/Shower
Lower Level with walkout:
Bedroom 3 – Waterfront King Bed (sleeps 2)
Living Room – Pullout Queen Sofa Bed (sleeps 2)
Full Bath with Shower and heated floors (connects to master and family room)
Outside, the upper deck is equipped with dining table, chairs, and a propane BBQ, and the lower deck with a fire-pit and Muskoka chairs that overlook the lake. Relax at the end of the day with a glass of wine by the fire while enjoying the amazing view!

Neighborhood Description
We are located in Reebs Bay on Camelot Beach. There are trails, conservation areas, horseback riding and even skydiving all within a 4-minute drive or less!
The area is known for amazing beaches, golf clubs, wineries, fruit farms, animal farms and more! There are three great golf clubs nearby, the closest of which is Port Colborne Golf & Country Club which is less than a 3-minute drive. Many amazing wineries are within a 25-minute drive. The quaint waterfront town of Port Colborne is 10 minutes away where you can do all your shopping, groceries, grab a bite, hit up a brewery or check out the Sugarloaf Marina.
Niagara Falls is only 35 minutes away and you can enjoy the magnificent waterfall and other attractions like Maid of the Mist, Clifton Hill, Bird Kingdom, Butterfly Conservatory, Casinos, Shows and Dining. Consider a day trip into Toronto (only 1.5 hours by car) and check out a Toronto Blue Jays game, Ripley’s Aquarium or Canada’s Wonderland.
Other things to Note:
IMPORTANT: Please note that absolutely no items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet as we are a rural property on a septic tank. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service-calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.
We ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home-away-from-home and remain considerate of the neighbours always. It is a special place that our family makes wonderful memories at, and we hope you do as well!
