The bright and friendly apartment "Hochstieg" (40 m²) is located in the 1st. Upstairs, directly under Reet. It is stylish and furnished with great attention to detail and exudes a very special charm.
In a traffic-calmed side street and yet close to the center in the beautiful Fries village Nieblum is your apartment.

The apartment has a combined living and dining area, a comfortably furnished corner kitchen with stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker and other kitchen utensils, and a shower room with washing machine. A small staircase leads to the sheep area with double bed and fitted wardrobes, which offer plenty of space. The living room has a flat-screen TV. From 05/2014 you can use a free Wi-Fi connection.

The adjoining shared garden can be used to relax and unwind. However, it is only a few minutes to Nieblumer beach - with the bike almost a stone's throw away.

80er Jahre sind 40 Jahre her

Die Wohnung braucht ein Makeover, denn die 80er Jahre sind lange vorbei. Es gibt eine uralte Küche, ohne Spülmaschine oder Mikrowelle. Die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen, die Dusche ist alt und nicht mehr sauber zu bekommen. Man sollte auch investieren, wenn man Geld verdienen will. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht nochmal mieten. Föhr ist eine schöne Insel, leider wird der Autoverkehr nicht gebremst, das schmälert das Urlaubserlebnis sehr.

Alte und verschlissene Ausstattung

Betten und Matratzen durchgelegen. Sofa und Sessel durchgesessen. Es gibt keine gemütliche Rückzugsecke in der man entspannt den Abend ausklingen lassen kann. Dürftige Ausstattung an Geschirr und Gläser. Das Objekt ist in guter Lage und Umgebung. Gesamtheitlich betrachtet kann man das Objekt nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nieblum an schönen Goting Kliff

- Super Lage - toller Service - schöne Wohnung - Die Ausstattung ist befriedigend (das Internet ist leider sehr langsam gewesen) - alles super sauber - Waschmaschine vorhanden - Küchenausstattung ist super Resümee : Wir kommen definitiv Nächstes Jahr wieder auch gerne in dieses Objekt.
