On a sunny garden plot at the end of a cul-de-sac is the beautiful and quiet apartment in Nieblum / Föhr. The spacious apartment in the 1. Upstairs can accommodate 4 people plus toddler.
Apartment 1. OG (Non smoking)
Cozy 3-room apartment on the upper floor is equipped with a bedroom (double bed), 2 shower rooms, a kitchen with a large dining area and a combined living / bedroom. The areas in the living room / bedroom are separated by a room divider and also here you have a large double bed (180x200) available. In the basement, the washing machine can be shared. The apartment has a large garden and there is a private terrace with garden furniture. A car parking space is located directly at the house.

Als wir dann da sitzen wollten, merkten wir, das in den blühenden Bäumen alles voll von Bienen ist. Kein schönes Gefühl.

Die ruhige lage macht jedoch alles wett!
Erwähnenswert ist, dass die Duschvorhänge sauber waren, jedoch so niedrig angebracht oder nicht entsprechend gekürzt, so dass diese ca. bis zu 20-30 cm weit in der Duschwanne lagen.
Ebenso muss ein Wasserhahn entsprechend neu justiert werden, damit dieser zukünftig leicht zu schließen ist.
Der Service vor Ort war super. Die Geräusche der Heizung, die nach der Sommerpause binnen weniger Stunden angestellt wurde, wurden ebenso sehr schnell angegangen.

Wir sind mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden, Strandnah, sehr ruhig mit schönem Garten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Das Haus hat uns super gefallen und der Service rund um die Vermietung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nutzung der Waschmaschine war sehr unkompliziert.
Lediglich die Betten waren sehr weich und der Flur am Fuße der Treppe zum Abstellen eines Kinderwagens etwas eng.

Eine Woche mit den Kindern
Nettes Objekt, gemütlich eingerichtet, wenn auch die Küche schon älter, aber vollständig bestückt und absolut ok. Bei schönem Wetter kann man ein Teil des Garten nutzen. Leider fehlte der Stopfen für die Spüle und ließ sich auch von der Agentur in der Woche nicht besorgen. Super schöne Ecke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
