Apartment "LAVANDA", 4 stars. House is for 6-8 people. House is suited near by the sea. House is fully air-conditioned. The living room has Smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi for free. The rental price includes bed sheets and towels as well as electricity and water consumption cost. In front of the house is large terrace with garden furniture, grill, parasol and deck chair. The beach is in front of the house on some 10 m. Also.house have own parking place for 2 cars behind the house. In front of the house there is a parking place for a boat. We are pet friendly - dogs/cats are allowed.

Beautiful house on the wonderful coast

We enjoyed a very relaxing family vacation on the wonderful coast. This house is located in a beautiful environment and has everything you need for a great family holiday.

Alles bestens! Objekt entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung!

Unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Lavanda haben wir sehr genossen. Alles entsprach exakt der Beschreibung! Boris ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der uns schon im Vorfeld jede Menge Informationen hat zukommen lassen. Er hat uns mehrfach per WhatsApp kontaktiert und nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob wir noch etwas bräuchten. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung Lavanda auf jeden Fall wieder buchen! Einzig die Tatsache, dass es keine innenliegende Treppe gibt, um vom oberen Wohnungsteil in den unteren zu kommen, hat uns etwas verwundert. Man kommt nur über die Außentreppe nach unten. Jedoch ist das der Baustil dort in der Gegend und sämtliche Nachbarhäuser haben auch keine innenliegende Treppe. Das Wasser, typisch für die Gegend, ist herrlich klar und die Plattform die am Wasser ist, ist die Schönste in Baric Draga. Der Ort Baric Draga liegt sehr abgeschieden und ist absolut der richtige Ort zum Abschalten. Die nächst größere Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen ist ca. 20km entfernt. Jedoch kommt jeden Morgen zwischen 09.00 und 10.00 Uhr ein Bäcker mit seinem Fahrzeug vorbei, bei dem es tolles Brot, Brötchen und einige Leckereien gibt.

Tolle Lage in friedlicher Umgebung direkt am Meer

Die Terrassen am Meer waren traumhaft schön - wir konnten alles alleine benutzen. Nach dem Baden im Meer stand dort sogar eine Dusche mit Warmwasser zur Verfügung. Auch die Hängematte mit Blick auf das Meer und die gepolsterten Sonnenliegen haben wir genossen. Handtücher und Putzmittel standen ausreichend und im besten Zustand zur Verfügung. Die Informationen vom Besitzer kamen unaufgefordert, sehr umfangreich und hilfreich per E-Mail und Whatsapp. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch, einiges sollte erneuert werden (Kühlschrank, Pfannen). Vermisst haben wir etwas einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine. Mit dem Herd haben wir etwas gekämpft, da die Steuerung über Touch-Felder erfolgte (eine Anleitung in verschiedenen Sprachen lag vor, doch ich habe sie nur überflogen). Die 1. Etage mit Schlaf- und Wohnzimmern und Duschbad ist sehr modern gefliest, das Erdgeschoß mit Esszimmer, Küche und weiterem Duschbad etwas älter. Zum nächsten Ort mit Restaurants und mittelgroßen Supermärkten fuhren wir pro Strecke ca. 25 Min. die Küstenstraße. Der empfohlene Brotwagen hat nur etwa die Hälfte der Zeit an der Hauptstraße geklingelt (wie ein Eiswagen), Wir griffen an den restlichen Tagen auf unsere Einkäufe aus Starigrad zurück. Wir können uns vorstellen, wieder zu kommen.
