Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir waren Anfang September dort und hatten einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub. Der Weg zum Meer ist tatsächlich nicht weit, allerdings muss ein gewisser Höhenunterschied über Treppen zurück gelegt werden, was den Transport unseres SUP‘s und Kajaks etwas beschwerlich machte. Das Wasser ist klar, schön flach, so dass man reinlaufen kann. Leider hat die Unterwasserwelt nicht allzuviel zu bieten. Aber für schwimmen, super oder Kajak ideal. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der selbstgemachte Schinken ist wirklich sehr gut. Die Villa selbst ist sehr schön und liebevoll dekoriert. Allerdings besteht doch schon etwas Renovierungsbedarf. Wir hatten das linke Schlafzimmer und da gab es schon einige Dinge nicht ganz ok (linke Matratze war durchgelegen und statt eines Lattenrostes waren Bretter drin, was man dann schon gemerkt hat, TV ging nicht - es hingen Kabel aus der Wand, im Bad tropfte durchgehend der Wasserhahn in der Dusche, der Haken für die ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher hing nur noch an einer Schraube und leider gab es im Zimmer so gut wie keine Ablagefläche). Unsere Freunde hatten das rechte Zimmer und waren rundum zufrieden. Wir haben mit der Vermieterin gesprochen und Sie reagierte sehr nett und versprach Abhilfe zu schaffen. Noch zu erwähnen ist, dass der Vermieter immer für einen sauberen Pool sorgte und regelmäßig den Poolsauger zum Einsatz gebracht wurde. Fazit: Eine gute Unterkunft mit kleineren Mängel für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Alles perfekt! Luxus!

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft, man könnte sagen Luxus :) Alles top sauber, Pool immer sauber und super gepflegter großer Garten. Ein mega gemütlicher Sitzplatz im Garten. Wir haben jeden Abend dort am beleuchteten Pool verbracht. Ein wunderschönes Steinhaus geteilt in Wohnzimmer mit Küche und ein Klo. Durch einen getrennten Eingang erreicht man die zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad inkl. Dusche und Klo. Die Vermieter waren toll. Wenn immer man etwas braucht, kann man einfach schreiben und es wird geholfen wo man kann. Auch eine Verkostung der eigenen Produkte der Familie Klanac durften wir im Weinkeller nebenan besuchen. Für einen Party-Urlaub, ist es nicht das richtige, da nebenan auch Appartements sind und die Mauer vom Gartensitzplatz nicht allzu hoch ist. Der Sitzplatz könnte etwas weniger einsehbar und geschützter sein. Aber wir waren Mitte Mai hier und alles war sehr ruhig und wir hatten trotzdem Privatsphäre. Auch eine sehr ruhige Gegend weil es ein kleiner Ort ist. Wenn man vom Garten aus ein paar Stufen hinunter geht, ist man sofort am Meer. Supermärkte sind auch genügend in der Umgebung. Zu Fuß ist man in 3 Minuten bei einem kleinen Tommy und mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten bei einem großen Plodine. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr nette Gastgeberin und tolle Unterkunft

Alles war wie angegeben. Sehr schönes Haus und sehr nette deutschsprachige Vermieterin. Super Lage und toller Pool. Wir konnten und in der 1 Woche super entspannen und viel anschauen. Auch neben der sasion. Wir waren zu viert, Opa, Oma, Papa und Sohn(8). Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und vom Flughafen zadar aus sind es gerade mal 28 min Fahrt. Nur zu empfehlen.

Bedrooms a separate building!

The owner is lovely and helpful. Truely. But its very inconvenient to have to unlock the bedroom building and and then the living building to get a drink in the night. And this is not conveyed in the listing. And the mosquitos are numerous and hungry. There are two eating places in walking distance: one is a pub and the other has an extremely limited food menu. Everything else is perfect. Gora is kind, friendly and helpful. And the Stone house is peaceful.

Gelungener Sommerurlaub

Ein tolles Haus und gute Vermieter haben wir in Posedarje vorgefunden. Wir (eine fünfköpfige Familie) waren eine Woche zu Gast bei Fam. Klanac. Das Haus (es sind eigentlich zwei kleine Häuser - ein Haus mit Küche und Wohnbereich sowie ein Haus mit Schlafräumen) ist urig eingerichtet und der Pool bzw. die Poollandschaft das Highlight. Die Privatsphäre wird gut gewährt, obwohl die anderen Häuser doch schon nah angrenzen. Fam. Klanac ist sehr freundlich und bedacht ihren Gästen einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Das Örtchen Posedarje ist eher klein und (zum Glück) noch vom Massentourismus entfernt. Zadar, Nin und Biograd sind nicht weit entfernt und einen Besuch wert. Wir kommen irgendwann wieder - dann aber eher für zwei Wochen. Hvala Gordane i Ivane za fin odmor. Nama je sve odlično bilo. Pozdrav iz Njemačke od cijele obitelji.
