The condo was exactly what we needed. We had 7 people who slept comfortably for 2 nights. The kitchen space was adequate and well appointed. There are 2 balconies to enjoy, with breathtaking views. We came for a concert at the amphitheater, which is within easy walking distance, and also enjoyed a day riding bikes and great food in Breckenridge. I would definitely stay in this condo again!

Enjoyed our stay - great location. The unit was a bit outdated. Not so much the furnishings, but definitely needs freshening up. There was peeling paint in multiple places on the ceiling, brown spots on the ceiling in the shower. The molding in the showers were coming apart. The unit was very clean otherwise. The property manager was great and very responsive. Was disappointed that we could not check in an hour or two early. The property manager stated that there were guests that left that morning and the cleaning crew needed until 4:00 to clean. We were there at 2:00 as we were driving in from out of state and there was no one there at that time. We had to sit in the parking lot for 2 hours. It would have been helpful if they were flexible and let us in even an hour earlier, especially since the cleaning crew was clearly done.

Parking a PITA, Non-Disclosed Maintenance Projects
The condo was very clean which was wonderful. View was good and was accurately described. Two downsides 1) Parking--Somehow I was allowed two parking slots (because of a two to three bedroom condo) and even though I only used one, I could almost never find parking, and the parking stalls were super tight even when you could get a spot. Not as advertised at all. 2) Re-siding the building. Owner should have disclosed that the building was being re-sided. My girlfriend was out on the deck when suddenly a man hopped over the rail from another unit, didn't speak any English, and was trying to work on the siding. This exterior work was noisy, dusty, and a significant inconvenience.
I would not stay here again, especially without disclosures that parking really truly is barely available, and that there was a very significant maintenance project ongoing on this building.
