This well maintained apartment is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac on the first floor (no further floors) of a two-family house. A large, furnished terrace with fantastic sea views invites you to linger. In addition, there is another terrace with table and chairs. The house is located directly on the fine sandy beach. A small gate leads directly to the beach. The very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and the bathroom are new. A washing machine is also available. Donnalucata is an excellent starting point to reach the numerous nature reserves, baroque cities and beautiful coastline. The car can be parked in the fenced private area.
