3 bedroom, 2 bath house with walk in shower. King bed in master with private walk in shower. Queen bedroom with Jack and Jill bath, shared with twin bedroom. Fenced yard for your dog. Great location, children's park at end of block. King bed, queen bed and daybed. Laundry room, WIFI, TV, corn hole, horseshoes, bogie boards. $500.00 refundable security depsoit listed as Property Fee, this is refunded after house is inspected for damage, usually same or next day. $150.00 non-refundable pet fee limit 2 small dogs no dogs over 30 lbs. without permission, must be on flea protection. WIFI provided. Extra charge for over 6 six guests, limit 8 guests per fire Marshall. All guests must be listed on rental agreement or will be evicted. No Pitt Bulls. Please provide email address at time of booking. Copy of ID required.
