Enjoy your stay in this quiet, first floor 2/2 condo, with a fully equipped kitchen, shared garage and laundry room. The large master bedroom has a spacious bathroom with double sinks and a huge walk in closet. King size bed in there, nightstand and dresser with TV. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and nightstand. Living room has leather couch, recliner and table. There is also a cabinet for storage. Mounted TV above fireplace streams through the included WiFi. Full size washer and dryer is in a laundry room off the kitchen. This complex is designed where the garages are shared with each building. The 8 car garage is open with every unit having their own locked storage closet. Located near from Chets Creek School & Church, Publix Starbucks and Mayo Clinic. A few miles to UNF, Town Center Shopping area and the Jacksonville Beaches. 30 day minimum rental
