October 1, 2025 - Entire kitchen renovated with modern look and feel. All appliances and furniture have been replaced with a new, comfortable, and modern look including a new 65 inch TV.

Welcome to Charming Beach Condo. Our two bedroom, one bath condo is located on the third floor. Relax on the balcony overlooking the beach to the south. Get up early and enjoy the sunrise. Being the end unit, you also get a panoramic view of Jacksonville Beach.

After a warm day on the beach, sunbathing or shelling, cool off in the pool on your way back to the condo. Cook for yourself in the condo or visit one of the MANY local restaurants located close by. When relaxing in the condo, you can watch cable TV or connect to the wireless internet. Enjoy a good nights sleep on one of the 2 queen beds plus sofa bed (pull-out couch).

There is plenty to do at Jax. Beach and the good thing.... everything is close by.

The condo was recently updated with the following items:
- Luxurious sheets and towels of all sizes were added
- Ceiling redone with new ceiling panels
- Bathroom faucets and piping redone
- Replaced all kitchenware
- New furniture
- New appliances
- TVs in each room

This condo is clean, bright and freshly painted. All the appliances are brand new and it is a pleasure to use them. The kitchen is furnished with a full supply of utensils for cooking and dining. The appliances and the supplies were better than most other rentals we have stayed in.At first, it was very hard to get in touch with the owner but after the first day he responded quickly.

Ease of booking was good. Location was perfect, right at the beach and public access and in the middle of everything for restaurants. Parking was good, had someone in our spot for a day but that was not anyones fault and we parked in the public access. The condo itself was okay. The pictures were of blue walls and it was painted all white. The condo was clean but bare and not homey or welcoming. No closests for storage and I went and bought a clothes hamper and hangers to make room for our things. I also purchased washcloths as I was not able to find any. Description said there was a hairdryer and blender and asked mulitple times with no response. Not many items in kitchen either. The dishwasher was not installed properly and when you opened the door it all fell forward. Washer and dryer was great ! The bathroom was ok. Shower was small and had no pressure. We were on vacation with friends and we never came to our condo except to go to the beach. They never came in. The pool was perfect also and was my favorite part. I would not stay again but for the price that we paid it was good.

Very VERY good location. Right on the beach. The property was satisfactory but....there was not enough linens for the hideaway bed or the blow up Xtra bed. There was not enough wash cloths and no extra blankets. The kitchen could have been better stocked with trash bags and consumables like zip lock bags and cooking essentials.There was a broom but not dust pan. No vacuum and the dryer struggled a little bit. I normaly dont like to just rag on a place but our family felt this could have been better stocked. All this said....it is a very nice location and we had a wonderful time at the beach. This place was on a budget we could afford and we made some great memories. Thank you.!

The coffee maker leaks water all over the counter. The toaster oven does not work. The pots and pans are all scratched. The condo is out dated. The communication was not great. But it was close to the beach so that was nice.
