About this property
Nice apartment with sea views and a large terrace
Our comfortable apartment is a non-smoking apartment suitable for allergy sufferers (pets cannot be welcomed) and is located in Sevid, a small fishing village that belongs to the administrative district of Split-Dalmatia, but is located exactly in the middle between Šibenik and Split. The place is 19 km from Primošten, Trogir 21 km and from Split 47 km. The National Park Krka can be reached within an hour (drive).
Sevid is one of the places on the Croatian coast where the sea is crystal clear and turquoise blue all year round, even during the summer. Although Sevid is located on the mainland, the sea has the characteristics of the sea that surrounds the Croatian islands.
Our apartment is ideal for everyone who loves nature and likes to live in it. Only one apartment is rented throughout the house, while the second is used exclusively by us (our family members). This guarantees that you will enjoy your vacation in peace. It consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with living and dining area and a bathroom. Guests have their own beautiful terrace (40 m2) with chairs and a dining table, where they can relax and enjoy their time all day long. In addition, our guests can take advantage of our large and fully equipped grill, as well as the fenced garden.
Free private parking is available to our guests during their entire vacation
We, the landlords, will certainly not disturb you, but if you need us, we will be happy to assist you.
