Dog Friendly with an additional $50 for 1 dog when booking. (Up to 2 dogs maximum - an additional $50 for an additional dog will be requested separately)

This vacation rental is in a neighborhood with permanent residents. We ask that you be respectful of our neighbors and their properties. There is a motion-activated camera at all entry points. It is only for exterior surveillance of the front walkway, driveway, & back door. No cameras face inside the home.

No outside noise or music after 10 pm on week days & 11 pm on weekends. You must be honest with your party size. Your party size can change but you must let us know of any extra guests staying. You must disclose if you are bringing any dogs or cats.

Please keep dogs off of the beds. Guest are responsible for picking up after their pets. Failure to do so will result in a $75 fee. If you did not include pets in your reservation please message me directly - failure to notify host of pets prior to stay will result in a $150 pet fee. You must cover beds and furniture if you are allowing the pets to jump up. We understand accidents do happen because of this we have pet stain remove & a pro carpet cleaning vacuum on the permises. If left alone in the accommodation we ask that they are crated if there is a risk of damage or accidents. There shouldn't be excessive barking that would disturb the neighborhood.

Guest will be responsible for removing ashes from indoor fireplace and outdoor fireplaces.

All trash is to be put into the trash bin outside. Trash that does not fit (due to size, excess or other reason) into the provided trash receptacles needs to be removed with the guests.

Check-in starts at 4 pm. If you would like to check-in early please contact me. Early check-ins are granted the night before or the morning of the check-in. The same with late check-outs. You must request this the night before or morning of the check-out.

No smoking

No events on the property unless pre-approved by the host. We are happy to host holiday parties & micro weddings, but an flat event fee will be charged.

We also welcome bachelorette and bachelor parties on our property. If you need help with the planning please reach out and we would be happy to suggest our favorite vendors to help make your weekend extra special.
