Views + Location in New Reno

Brand new everything in this large rental property ideally located with easy access to the beach, canal and restaurants. Clean, spacious rooms and great deck views. Only complaint was the lawn was a muddy mess from excessive sprinkler cycles which limited our ability to use it for yard games or much else. Appreciated Sand Dollar Realty’s responsiveness to questions at check-in. Nice place!

Family vacation at Sandwich House

Extended-family vacation stay, eight adults one baby, one dog. The house was fabulous and spot-on as advertised. Clean, quiet and fully up to date with TVs internet etc. Quiet neighborhood, very walkable to beach, canal and Sandwich marina and everything the area has to offer. Short drive for anything else. The two master suites were just right and the two half baths serviced the other two bedrooms. Everyone was spread out. More room than needed for 8! Outdoor shower very nice touch. Ample parking, great yard and landscaping. East facing decks are simply stunning for sunrise and nicely shaded during the afternoon heat. We are already booking next year.
