The apartment in the former mill property Georgsmühle is located in the South Eifel Nature Park on the outskirts of Ralingen an der Sauer, in the immediate vicinity of the Luxembourg border town of Rosport.
In the Sauer Valley, unique in the landscape and beautifully situated, there are many recreational opportunities.
Our hunting grounds are contiguous on 2000 ha along the Sauer.
Hunters, hikers, anglers, mountain bikers and other recreation seekers are welcome here.

The living room

The apartment is 125 square meters and is located in the ca 1820 built mill property right on Ralinger Bach. It has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds. Two more people can sleep in the living room on the sofa bed. The apartment has a balcony, equipped with patio furniture and barbecue.
If required, we provide a travel cot and a highchair for babies and toddlers. Upon arrival, beds are made and towels are provided. On cold days, the existing fireplace provides comfort and in summer there is a gas grill on the balcony. My guests use the entire apartment and the associated balcony

As we live in the neighboring apartment, we are usually available for inquiries and tourist information. We are happy to ring and ask questions, we also give tips for things to do and cultural highlights in the surroundings of Trier and Luxembourg.

The apartment is located in the countryside. This means that there are agricultural traffic, animals and sounds of chainsaws, tractors u. Ä. gives and can give. The journey by car is recommended, since there are shops (Edeka, Wasgau, Aldi) hairdresser, bank, post office, bakery and pharmacy it only in the surrounding villages Welschbillig (6 miles), Echternacherbrück (11 miles) or in Irrel (8 miles ) gives. Purchases should be well planned.

Country getaway
As a family of 5 traveling Europe for 7 weeks we chose to break up our city stays with a nature refresh and are so very glad we managed to find this place; it's secured the best house of the trip rating from the kids! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to cook or own meals. It's handy to a lot of sights and great walks, and waking up to a green view from all windows was fantastic. Highly rated for a country escape.

Family Vacation
Our family of 8 (parents/grandparents/teenagers) enjoyed our stay. It worked well having our two teens sleep on the converted sofa in the living room. Annette made sure we were aware that there was only one bathroom but were able to make it work taking turns. There was also a sink in one of the bedrooms which helped. It is a beautiful area but we unfortunately were not able to take time to explore it as we had a busy schedule. The pool table was a hit with everyone! There is a washing machine for clothes but no dryer. Annette was able to assist us with drying our clothes, which was appreciated!

Die Ferienwohnung war Ausgangspunkt vieler Wanderungen im Luxemburger Müllerthal, einem eher noch unbekanntem Kleinod für Wanderer. Abgelegen in einem Tal war die Ferienwohnung idealer Rast-und Ruheplatz für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Wunderbare Landschaft, Bach hinter dem Haus und nette Gastgeber. Was will man mehr....
