Everything was top notch. The home was beautiful and well maintained/ 2 minutes from downtown B'ham but also very close to the suburbs like Homewood and Hoover. Corey was great to work with...even met us at the property when we arrived to give us a tour of the houses. Needed a few minor things and they were at the home in a few hours. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful home

We had our entire wedding party staying at these homes and they were absolutely perfect to house everyone. Highly recommend and the host was excellent and easy to communicate with for anything we needed to.

Great location

The location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Host was very easy to work with. Only 3 minor suggestions: More lighting in bigger house More king beds Bigger house needed a very small amount of additional cleaning. We will rent again

Terrific spot for a group trip to this location. 12 guy golf trip to RTJ and this is the perfect setup. Also wound up going to Alabama football game which was an hour away. Very clean and appreciate two different vibes between the houses, all inside once fence line.

Wonderful stay

Our team was down for World Police and Fire Games and the property was fantastic having a ton of space and entertainment for everyone. Fantastic view for the 4th of July fireworks on to of the hill as well. Corey was fantastic getting us in early as our flight was changed earlier in the preceding days. Give Corey the assist on our gold medal ;)

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There were some cleanliness issues in the kitchen, and the larger home is a bit shabby inside.. E.g., bathrooms, curtains. We loved the pool table.

I must say, my family and I really enjoyed ourselves. The place is amazing. I love the color scheme of each room and the spaciousness of the bedroom. Even the neighbors were extremely nice and welcoming. I actually live in the city, and I felt as though I was from out of town. My family, however, who were from California, were so impressed by how huge the front and back yards were. They were also enthused about the perfect view of seeing the Vulcan man holding the torch that sits on top of the hill. I honestly appreciate everything this weekend, and God knows it was simply perfect. I have zero complaints. I would give both the host and the stay 1,000 stars.

So grateful to have stayed here during our wedding weekend! We did a small ceremony in the beautiful backyard and had our friends and family stay with us. The bedrooms are spacious and there’s lots of space to spread out throughout the houses. The houses are absolutely beautiful, and on a quiet block still near lots of food, drink, and a grocery store. Corey was communicative through our entire rental process. 11/10–definitely recommend for big groups in the area!

This house was excellent for a golf trip for 8! It is centrally located in Birmingham and very close to some great restaurants for dinner. We stayed in and cooked one night and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
