DINING
The dining table seats 8 people and has a plastic cover to allow for an easy clean-up and protect the table from damage. Please do not remove the plastic cover.
HOT TUB
-The hot tub will be set at 98 degrees when arrive. If you would like it to be higher during your stay (max 104) set the temp when you arrive and please make sure the lid is closed when not in use to keep leaves and debris from getting in and to allow the temperature to hold.
-There are beach towels provided for the hot tub so you do not have to use bath towels.
WIFI - Adventure Begins Cabin is equipped with the fastest internet that is available at this time in the area. It is 15 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up currently.
DISH NETWORK - The living room TV has Dish Network directly and the other Roku TVs have Dish with dedicated Dish wifi so it does not use the internet to watch TV.
FALL SEASON AND LADYBUGS - It is very common in Mountain areas to see ladybugs around the cabin inside and outside during the fall season. They congregate together in the fall to hibernate. They are attracted to the heat that the homes reflect. We have regular bug treatment and this is not an infestation. The best way to deal with them is by using provided handheld vacuum to clean them up.
CRITTERS AND BUGS - Guests can possibly, occasionally, expect to see critters (bugs, squirrels, deer, opossum, bears, etc.) in or around the cabin since this is a mountain woodland area. We do however have the cabin on a regular pest control schedule to help minimize the possibility of such critters/bugs coming into the cabin. To help prevent nasty bear incidents, please do the following:
■ Lock your car doors
■ Roll up all car windows
■ Don’t leave food in your car
■ Put your bagged trash in the provided bear-proof trash receptacles ($100 fee for loose trash)
■ Ensure the cabin doors are securely shut and locked prior to leaving

The cabin was beautiful! Hosts were very helpful and informative. The cabin was so cozy and comfortable. Our kids absolutely loved the game room and the hot tub. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
This was the coziest cabin My family loved it-my girls loved games room especially!Hot tub was wonderful and clean!!!Love fire pit-perfect for a s’mores nightThe hosts were great at communicating Highly recommend!!
This is the second time we’ve stayed in this area, and we loved it once again! There are plenty of things to do at the cabin, from enjoying the hot tub, to playing arcade games in the basement, to a s’mores moment at the fire pit! This is one of our favorite North Georgia cabins to get away to with our friends, and we’ll definitely be looking to come back again in the near future!
It was my son’s 7th birthday and he and his little brother had a blast with the game room and playing outside. We were disappointed that Buck Hunter was not working, would’ve preferred that not even advertised, as we talked about it a lot before we came there so our expectations were dampened by that. Wish there had been a bigger variety of dishes, especially plastic cups for kids and wine glasses. Other than that, we loved the location and the peacefulness. It was spacious and overall just a fun getaway and a relaxing time with the family!!
I came with my husband and kids and completely enjoyed our stay in chads beautiful cabin! It had everything needed and had plenty to do while we were at the cabin! I will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our time at the cabin! The area was beautiful, and the cabin was absolutely perfect! There was plenty to do between local hiking trails and the hot tub and the arcade room. Would love to get an opportunity to come back to this property again!

We are so glad you enjoyed your time at our cabin and in Blue Ridge. We look forward to you coming back.
Just as the title says, the cabin is beautiful. It’s well maintained and clean. The hosts were very communicative and helpful as well. You will not regret staying here.
This was the perfect cabin for our group of 6 ladies. We spent time on the back porch rockers and enjoyed an evening around the fire pit as well. We stayed in for breakfast and dinner each day and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for our every need. I highly recommend this property and it would be perfect for a family as well.

We are so glad your Girls Getaway was a success! And thankful our kitchen met your demands as a chef 😄
My husband and I brought our 14 year old son & two of his friends for a 2 night getaway. The layout provided plenty of space for all of us. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great time sitting around the firepit and the boys loved the hot tub!
My family and I truly had a great time at this cabin. We celebrated Thanksgiving and it was an added bonus to arrive and find a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. The house was beautiful and clean with great accommodations. We really enjoyed family game night downstairs in the game room. Chad is a great host and great communicator. I would definitely return and recommend.

My family and I stayed this past weekend and had a great time. This cabin was easily accessible as compared to our previous trips to the area. The kids and adults alike loved the game room and amenities. We explored the area, went horse back riding, hiking, and ziplining. When we weren't doing this, there was plenty to do at the cabin. We will definitely be back! Thanks Chad!!
This trip was our first time staying in the Blue Ridge Mountains and in a cabin! This cabin had everything we wanted, a game room for my kids, a hot tub for me, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a fire pit. It was so private and quiet. It was spacious and comfortable. It came with everything we needed, plenty of extra bedding, towels, plenty of coffee for the Keurig, and plenty of kitchen items to make meals. The only regret I have is not staying longer! Chad’s communication was top notch. It was a great first experience for us and we will be back!!

The stay was nice however after the stay has been sketchy
Loved the cabin itself. Plenty of room and our kids had fun. We had nothing but positives until we got home. Although the video for the cabin says pet friendly they sent a request for $100 due to our small dog being with us. No where in the listing does it mention a fee for pets. Also a week later a claim was filed for “damage” to a rug, couch and box spring cover. Nice cabin, but fair warning it appears the owners are trying to scam their guests after their stay

We are glad you enjoyed the cabin. The cabin is pet friendly and during the booking process, it asks if you will be bringing pets & states that our pet fee is $100. We don’t sweat the small stuff that happens during a guests’ stay but when there is blatant abuse and incurred expense, we have no option but to file a claim so that we can keep the belongings in nice condition. The damage that was done during your stay included drinks spilled on the couch, stains on the rug that didn’t come out when cleaned, and a box springs cover that was ripped & had to be replaced. We strive to provide a great experience for our guests and would never “scam” anyone but do expect our guests to take care of our property, not damage furniture, and disclose pets who will be staying.
The property was great and the property manager was very accessible. My kids loved it; it was so good that my youngest began calling the game room heaven.
The only thing, which I do not think the property owner could control, is that the adjoining property owner spent most of the time we were there burning some materials and doing construction. As the wind was blowing toward the direction of the cabin, we had to sit through the smoke, if we wanted to be in the hot tub and/or on the porch. There was also a lot of noise coming as a result of the construction on the adjoining property. Again, though, I do not think this is anything that this property owner could help.
Overall, enjoyed the experience.

Hector, We are glad to hear your kids were in “heaven” but so sorry to hear that there was construction at our neighbor’s cabin that disturbed your stay. I wish we would have known; we could have reached out to the neighbor and requested for them to stop. We do appreciate knowing so that we can let him know & it won’t be a problem for future guests.
Our first trip to GA Mountains was a huge success! The cabin was super clean, well stocked and just perfect for a getaway! The communication throughout the process and during our stay was the best I’ve experienced renting a VRBO over the past 15 years. It was really hard to pack up and leave and we already are planning a trip back!
