Spring break 23

My family has been coming down to New Smyrna beach for 16 years now and I must say this was one of our best trips. The condo has everything you need to feel right at home.. It comes stocked with boogie boards,coolers,kids beach toy's, and beach chairs..so just unpack and enjoy the sun!

Excellent Location

Just a ride down the elevator and a few steps until you're on the beach! Exactly what we were wanting for our month in Florida! A nice balcony overlooking the beach too! Lots of incidentals like beach towels, beach chairs and toys, throw blankets. Could have used a few more bath towels/wash cloths. There weren't any dishrags or cleaning rags so I bought some cheap washcloths for that. Be advised that the washer and dryers are outside of the unit and you will need quarters to use them. $1.75 to wash and $2.00 to dry. (We did not know this before arriving.) Everyone was very friendly and we felt very comfortable there. Check in/out was super easy and the manager/s responded right away when we needed to contact them. Overall our stay was wonderful! Would definitely go back and stay again!
