The location is great and the building is quiet. The only issue we had was the beds was very uncomfortable and so was the furniture. The updated bathrooms were beautiful.

We had an exceptional time at this beach front condo. Everything we needed was offered and the owner quite helpful. Plenty of space and very clean. The pool was quite refreshing, clean and a terrific view from the area.

The condo was more than we expected. The balcony view overlooking the ocean can’t be beat. The location is great. Everything you need is less than 10 minutes away. This condo has now become our yearly vacation spot!

Amazing condo

We had an amazing time! The best porch ever, super comfy beds, soft towels, and just felt like home! They even provided little Kcups of coffee and complimentary bath essentials. I loved the washer and dryer, throw blankets and amazing shower! Just spectacular! I would recommend this condo to anyone with a family or just needing a get away.

Great Place, a Few Minor Nits

Really nice property with some minor issues. Great location within walking distance of Flagler Ave. Very spacious with nice bathroom. Spectacular view of the beach. The kitchen is functional, but the appliances left a little to be desired. When we arrived the condo had not been cleaned; but that was quickly remedied.

Condo was in an excellent location. Very quiet at the condo, did not hear any other tenants. View was outstanding. The only issue we had was the sliding doors to balcony stuck, hard to open/close. The TV's were hard to operate, don't even think the cable was hooked up to them. Breaker in bath off main bedroom, blew, no way to reset it, even after owner gave code to breaker box. All in all, owners were very good, would stay again.

Nice location and property. 2nd bedroom is bunk bed. Perfect place for young couple with small children. Furniture is not real comfortable. Nice king bed though. Front door alarm difficult to set and no instructions - very annoying. Washing machine loud. Nice parking and access to nice beach. Nice kitchen appliances. We overall enjoyed our stay.

There is no alarm on the front door, but the owner will have someone make sure the keyless lock is working properly. The bunk beds in the second bedroom are included in the listing so that guests can make sure the accommodations are right for their group. Wonderful Stay in Wonderful Location!

Our family had a fantastic stay in this lovely beach condo! The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. There was a housekeeping issue identified on the first day and the owner went above and beyond to address this issue and remained in ongoing communication to make sure everything was great with the condo. This location was close enough for our teenagers to be with friends closer to Flagler and far enough for us parents to not feel like we were in the middle of the busiest area of the beach. Incredible view from the balcony with some of the most comfortable outdoor chairs we have ever enjoyed....perfect for relaxing in the evening in the shade with a drink! With teenagers driving, it was helpful to have ample parking and we really enjoyed the cozy nautical decor on the living and kitchen areas where we spent most of our time when not on the balcony or beach. Look forward to returning and highly recommend!

Perfect Family Condo

We had an amazing family beach vacation. The condo is well-equipped, comfy and very spacious. It’s located on the drive-on strip of NSB, but the beach was never crowded in our particular area. Property management was very quick in responding to a couple of questions I had after we arrived. One thing I wish the listing would show more prominently (ie. Bold, all caps, italicized) is that the community pool is currently CLOSED. It mentioned in the property description, but hidden amongst other details. I didn’t realize the pool was closed until after I booked the property, which was a bummer. Overall, it’s a great property and it will be perfect once the pool is reopened!

The unit is very nice and well furnished. Unfortunately there was issue that really disappointed us. The pool at the condo was closed and we were not aware of that until we arrived. I looked again at the listing and a pool was not listed; that said we knew there was a pool at the condo. It seems disingenuous that the listing did not disclose that the pool was closed. We would not have chosen this listing had we known that.

The pictures in the listing are accurate. Veeeeery clean. Direct ocean front views. Unique layout in that there are large patio doors that face the ocean in both the main living area and the dinning area. The patio in front of the main living area has typical size seating area and wraps around to a larger area with an outside eating table located in front of the indoor dinning area. Very spacious feel with panoramic views. Comfortable beds and furniture. Newer kitchen appliances. Newer washer and dryer. There is pool on the premises, but it was not open in January when we visited. There was not much mention of it in the listing. I would ask about it if this is a desired amenity. Very comfortable. We'll be back. Love this place.

Monica, the Host was very welcoming and apologetic of the unusually cold Florida weather. She even tried to accommodate with a schedule change and free days but that didn't work out.The condo had everything we needed as we had several meals in house as we enjoyed the breathtaking views on the balcony and early morning sunrises.Even the beach restoration was no real problem as we actually enjoyed watching the skilled workers performing 24/7! There was some restriction to beach access but they were just finishing our section of the beach. Highly recommend this condo whether you are looking for a comfortable getaway for two or a family gathering.

Everything was wonderful. I suggest bringing your own pillows. Pillows in master were pretty much useless. Loved the quietness of the complex. Only 10 units. Met a few permanent residents and they were super friendly. Feels like you have the whole place to yourself.
