Living Room:
Look down from the staircase landing onto this open-design large space, with inter-leading living and dining areas – both under a vaulted ceiling – with its vaulted walls adorned with large, contemporary wall art – all fitted with picture-display lighting
Two large, deep-cushion couches, plus a leather armchair, face an 80” Samsung TV – atop a welcoming fireplace all built into a wood-and-stone wall unit
In the center – a wooden coffee table – and all spaces adorned with carefully chosen state-of-the-art ornamentation and accessories – many of them sourced from the orient
Adjoining the main living room space is another seating area with matching armchairs and decorative and chic reading lamps
Adjacent is wall-to-wall windows with large sliding glass doors, leading out to the patio – and this villa’s extensive, utopian flower garden


Dining Area:
Adjacent to the living room, in one continuous space, and under the canopy of the upstairs landing, the dining area seats ten on richly upholstered dining room chairs around an opulent wooden table.
Apart from sideboards, a serving cart, and wall art – the area offers a couch for added, relaxed seating

Four full bathrooms are en-suite, all ultra-modern and stylish
All feature large, lit mirrors, his-and-her basins, and fashionable bathroom fittings
The half bath is downstairs and is the Villa’s guest bathroom

Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island and folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.

The owner can sponsor (for additional fees) access to the exclusive Dorado Beach Club, which offers you the unique Watermill Waterpark, Fitness Center, Discounted Golf privileges, and entry to the Encanto Beach Club with Watersports activities nearby.

Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.

If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.

This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room.

Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.

If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.
