This secure, Caribbean-style Villa is located on the property of one of the world’s finest tourist beach destinations. Close by, and within easy reach (or a short ride away) you have access to Dorado’s white-sand beaches, fine dining, shopping, nightlife, world-class golf – plus adventures from biking to hiking, kayaking to surfing. You’re close to Livingston Water park. This sumptuous, 2-story Villa offers:

Five bedrooms sleeping up to 10; with 3.5 bathrooms:
Master Bedroom en-suite: King Bed; large bathroom w/Jacuzzi and bidet; 50” TV; Walk-in closet; there is an adjacent room with two trundle beds – (see Bedroom #4 below). In the French window is a bright seating area with an upholstered, love seat on which to relax and enjoy the view. Split unit A-C.
Bedroom 2 en-suite: Queen Bed w/padded bench-seat; TV; Built-in closets; Split A-C;
Bedroom 3 en suite: Queen Bed; the bathroom is shared with the 4th bedroom;
the color scheme is blue and white; built-in closets; Split A-C.
Bedroom 4: Two Trundle Beds; bathroom is shared with the 3rd bedroom; Trane A-C.
Bedroom 5: Sofa Bed opens up for an additional sleeping or lounge area. This room is located adjacent to the master bedroom.

A large, deep-cushion couch lies opposite two sectional-style similarly upholstered armchairs – all with multiple throw cushions
In the center are two contemporary, circular coffee tables – sitting on a cross-hatch blue rug – rounded off by equally modern standard lamps
Uses of contemporaneous “trunk slice” side tables lend a natural “ambiance” to the room
Wall-to-wall windows with large sliding glass doors, lead out to a covered patio – and on to the villa’s private swimming pool.

Family Room:
Leading off the living room, this comfortable space has large sectional couches.
50” Flat-screen television rests on a modern glass-and-wood sideboard
The room is adorned with a miscellany of ornaments and accessories

TV Room:
At the top of the stairs is an additional “open space” where you can enjoy watching TV on a large, flat-screen television sitting atop a modern sideboard; OR
With its large sleep sofa, utilize this comfortable space as an extra sleeping area

Dining Area (with additional pantry):
Adjacent to the living room in one continuous space, the dining area seats eight on six trendy chairs plus two upholstered dining room armchairs
The large, rectangular dining table is made from a magnificent, one-piece “live-edge” wooden “natural cut” with a beautiful, polished grain finish

Four ultra modern, stylish bathrooms – all en-suite

An “al-fresco” dining area seating six around a wood-slat, outdoor table
The patio has ceiling fans and comes with an outdoor BBQ-Grille

The Pool:
The modishly designed, sparkling swimming pool is attached to a toddler pool
Both are surrounded by slate-tile decks
The lush, green, landscaped garden with its palms and ferns, create an enclosed environment which is both quiet and peaceful --- Like we said: “Serenity”!

Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island and folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.

The owner can sponsor (for additional fees) access to the exclusive Dorado Beach Club, which offers you the unique Watermill Waterpark, Fitness Center, Discounted Golf privileges, and entry to the Encanto Beach Club with Watersports activities nearby.

Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.

If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.

This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room.

Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.

If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.
