The location is perfect!

Our stay was wonderful! The location could not have been any better - watching the sunrise from the balcony was a highlight of the week. Having a full equipped kitchen and washer and dryer was so helpful for our family as well! We can't wait to come back again!

Upscale Unit in a Perfect Location

Amazing location right on the beach. Upscale condo which is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, putt-putt, liquor stores, etc. My wife, kids, and I will definitely be returning.

Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean

Stayed for a week in July. Great location just steps to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer. If you have young kids they will love having both the beach and a pool. The host was easily reachable and super nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem on the Delaware Line

Great ocean side condo! Roman is a great host!! Beach is only a few steps away. Hidden gem in North OC! My family will definitely rent from Roman again!

Perfect Location

We loved staying at this condo. The location is perfect, with tons of attractions within walking distance. Being right on the beach and having the pool was the perfect combination when the sun on the beach got to be too much. Roman was extremely attentive and responsive to our questions and accommodated all of our needs. We will definitely be looking to book again next year!

Great time in north OC

We had a really great time during our long weekend in OC. Property had an amazing location and was very clean. Nice to have an elevator for heavier bags. Used the beach chairs and enjoyed the balcony and short drive to the boardwalk. Would highly recommend.

The house was beautifully done. The walk to the beach was even closer than I imagined. I would definitely stay there again. The property owner was very helpful and accommodating. My family and I loved it. It provided the R&R we desperately needed.

Even better than advertised

By far our favorite rental to date! Roman’s condo can’t be beat. Location is perfect- spectacular views and close to everything. The unit was well appointed with comfortable furnishings and decorated beautifully. Roman was a wonderful host. This was the perfect spot for our family of four. We can’t wait to come back!

Terrific getaway

Lovely condo- description spot on and deserved every high rating. Loved being able to step off the property and onto the beach. Quiet and relaxed neighborhood away from the big bustling condos and people . Owner very attentive and responsive - couldn’t ask for better. The best MD / DE ocean property I have stayed in. We will be back.

Top notch visit

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen was loaded with all your needs including 2 coffee makers; a Keurig and regular maker. Beds were so comfortable. The owner was super nice & very responsive. I’ve already spread the word to friends and family. I plan on making this an annual stay. Kudos to Roman!

We very much enjoyed the condo! It was clean and perfectly fit our needs for the stay. Our only complaint is that when booking the condo we did not know that the pool would not be open due to being out of season. If the listing had stated that then we would have booked for a different week.

A Must Stay!

We loved our stay at Ocean Place! I grew up spending weeks at Ocean Place and we haven't been back for over 20 years. The unit is beautifully updated with the same gorgeous view of the north beach! You can't beat the location, view, and amenities that this unit has to offer. We also appreciated that the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything that you could need. Roman was wonderful to work with and was so helpful, even with a tropical storm interrupting our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot

The property owner was great and communicated well with us. Location of the building can't be beat, although we had some loud teens/young adults next door who were noisy some nights and repeatedly smoked on the balcony. However, that's not something this property owner can control, since the property is within a multi story condo building. He also did what he could. I would still stay there again.

Awesome time

It was me and four children aged 5 (turned 6 while we were there) to 12. It was an awesome time. We were able to walk everywhere. The beach was right outside our door as were places to eat. It was wonderful to just open the balcony door and see and listen to the waves as the kiddos watched TV. We also went to the shipwreck museum and visited the lighthouse. There was miniature golf and go carts etc. across the street but my kiddos just wanted to be on the beach. The condo was beautiful and had everything you needed. Roman insured your stay was one of the best. He was always available if needed. Roman if you are reading, your neighbors were awesome. They went above and beyond. Thank you.

Great for a large family

I don’t have many negatives to say about this place. I chose it because it had 2 bathrooms, was right on the beach and had two large bunks for all the kids. It’s well decorated, comfortable beds and couches, plenty of space, and has everything a family needs. Communication from owner was well beyond expected, and the location couldn’t be better. Condo even has an elevator and luggage carts (some condos don’t!) I’m really grasping at straws for negatives - I do wish there were more blankets for use on the couch or layering on the beds, and while I knew going into it we’d have to bring sheets and towels (or pay for that service), it was a bit of a pain since we don’t have the same sizes of all the beds at our house. We used the washer/dryer and the dryer took 3 rounds to dry our load of clothes. Again, hard to find negatives on this place. Such a nice find.

Perfectly situated beach condo as advertised. Wonderful views!

We just came back from a long weekend at this property. It was just the perfect escape from work and caretaking duties that we needed. The condo is exactly as advertised and the location is very conveniently situated at the border between Ocean City and Fenwick Island. From the beautiful large balcony facing north there were gorgeous beach views that I enjoyed with my coffee as I watched the sun rise each morning. The property is located right at the beach access point for walks along the shore or for spending the day lounging in the sand. Within a couple minutes of the condo you can walk to several restaurants, and immediately next door was Fisher's popcorn and a great carry out taco place. For anyone coming down with kids you really couldn't pick a better place because right across the street are several fun family spots like mini golf, go carts, and a water park. Besides the bedroom with the king bed and en suite bathroom you have a room with bunk beds for kids or young adults. Another full bathroom is in the hall. The main living space is cheerful and comfortably decorated and I found myself, when not enjoying the balcony, spending a lot of time on the chaise lounge end of the couch enjoying a book. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware, as well. Additionally, our host Roman was friendly and very communicative and provided us with plenty of detailed directions about the property and suggestions to help ensure our stay was enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay at this condo again and wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Roman is a great host. The condo was so pretty and clean. Cleanliness is everything right now. The view of the ocean is beautiful off the balcony. The location right on the beach cannot be beat, especially when you have children. Love the north end of OC. A gem! We will return.

Great location and view

We had a great time at Roman's condo. The location is outstanding and the view looking north down the beach from the balcony is great. The place was clean, the wifi worked great, and our daughter loved the pool. We would deifnitely stay here again!
