Oceanfront; 2 King Suites; Top Floor Corner Unit; Elevator

Welcome to "Bikini Bottom Topsail"!

Oceanfront 3BR/3BA top-floor corner condo with an elevator and beautiful beach and pool views. Two king suites each have a private bath, plus a bunk room for the kids. Relax on the large private balcony, enjoy multiple pools and hot tubs, and grab a meal or drink at the onsite restaurant and bar.

THE SPACE
★ Two king suites, both with private baths and king size beds.
★ Third bedroom for the kids with two bunks (4 beds).
★ Large private oceanfront balcony
★ TVs in all bedrooms and living room.
★ Spectrum cable and free WiFi. DVD player in the living room.
★ Fully equipped kitchen
★ Onsite restaurant and bar with amazing views
★ Largest oceanfront pool in NC
★ Multiple pools and hot tubs
★ Washer and dryer in unit
★ Elevator

All linens are provided and included in the cleaning fee. Linens for the bunk beds are folded and placed on the beds.

Beach towels are also provided but must be laundered by guests if used.

A doorbell camera is located outside for security.

Pools are scheduled to be open April 1 through October 31.
Hot tubs are open year-round.
Pool and hot tub hours are 9am–11pm.

Pool openings are subject to inspections and property management schedules. If your reservation is close to the seasonal opening or closing dates and pool access is important to you, please message us before booking to confirm availability. No compensation will be provided if a pool or hot tub is unavailable.

This home is personally owned and managed by us, and we enjoy spending time here ourselves. We care for it as if we were preparing it for family or close friends. If you need anything during your stay, we're always just a message away.

OTHER DETAILS:
The complex does not allow animals. We use this as a second home and have strong allergies in the family. Please, no animals.

The HOA schedules bug treatment the last Thursday of every month. The maintenance crew will knock before entering.

Exceeded our expectations!!! Condo was beautiful and very clean. Enjoyed the gorgeous sunrise every morning while having coffee on the balcony. The pools were never crowded and also very clean . Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is wonderful. I just wish we could have enjoyed the beach on Sunday but we couldn’t since we had to check out at 10am and didn’t have access to a bracelet. My only suggestion is to figure out how guests can enjoy the beach on the day they check out.

Loved the Beautiful views of the ocean, large rooms, well stocked kitchen with appliances, dishes, utensils etc., very clean, air conditioning kept us cool, comfortable beds and linens and more! Suggestions: Bathrooms could use updating and outside door to deck needs painting and hard to close and lock. Would love to rent this condo again next year 2027!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. It is a lovely space with a balcony that clearly overlooks the beach and ocean. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. There are also nice beach/ocean views from inside the condo. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or comments.

The condo was spotless as we expected since we've rented from Brinnan in the past and had such a great experience. We had everything we needed and more with all the amenities at the property. The access to the excellent and clean pools as well as to the beach was extremely convenient and comfortable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Splash by the Sea restaurant and food. Food was excellent and service was good as well. We will be back! Thank you!!!

One of the nicest places at Villa Capriani. The hosts go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Lots of small things to enhance your stay (ie. snacks, coffee, hair brushes, chairs and beach towels, etc). Brinnan was in consistent contact to make sure all is well. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this condo! The communication with the host was great; we enjoyed the very comfy beds and excellent linens. We’ve never stayed in a better stocked kitchen with every cooking dish or utensil needed. The view was spectacular and we had lots of fun in the pools and at the beach. We highly recommend this condo!

We are excited to share our home with you! We enjoy traveling, boating and live music. We are big on water sports and hoping to get our 3 year old, Cash out on a board this summer. We both grew up in North Carolina and are huge Wolfpack fans! Go Pack!

We love the fact we are right on the ocean. Each nights sleep is amazing with the sounds of the water you can hear even when the windows are closed. Our kids LOVE the pools! Rick loves the onsite bar. So much to do onsite without ever having to get in the car.
