The house was the perfect spot to rest our tired feet from all the adventures the cape had to offer. This place had everything we needed and the location was perfect! Minutes from Main Street and the Beach! Would definitely stay here again and recommend!
We stayed at this place for a nearby conference. The property was lovely and very close to both the beach and our conference. Everything was communicated ahead of time to ensure ease of property access when we arrived. The host had a book of helpful information for the area inside.
This place was bigger than we thought. It was very clean and the towels smelled so fresh. Having a pass and chairs for the beach was a huge plus. The location was perfect for getting to the water or to downtown shops. We really enjoyed the French Press and the kitchen was well equipped as well. We were happy to stay.
The house was lovely and close to all. We stayed 4 nights and went easily into town, the ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard and close to Keyes Beach. There’s also a Trader Joe’s nearby!
A great time was had by all.
House is beautifully decorated, spacious, and in a very quiet area. Close to Main St.
Highly recommended. We hope to make this property one of our regular places to stay. Host was fantistic.
My husband and I celebrated our 5th Wedding Anniversary in Cape Cod, and we're so glad we chose this property. It was located on a beautiful, quiet street and was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit. We were very surprised at how spacious the home was! We can't wait to come back next year.
House had a modern feel and very nicely decorated, kitchen provided nice dishes, glassware and cookware. Mud room was nice for keeping sand out of the house. Nice yard though not used by our party. While close to a small beach and Main Street, we found it a bit too far for walking to town with limited sidewalks for sending teens on foot on their own. We did use Uber twice without issue.

Below average
The property was much more dated than the description or pictures would suggest. The backyard was not mowed, only a few chairs available, chipped paint on home, and dirty appliances - toaster oven and oven.
I was also surprised at the limited amenities given the rate we paid. It was our first time to the area, so while the description is correct, that it is on a quiet street, I likely would have chosen something closer to the beach or town since we were there on vacation and would have preferred to be “in the action” more, not in a quiet residential neighborhood. Though we rented bikes and got around. The booking and check in were super easy, no issues there. I don’t often do VRBOs so perhaps they are all below to average.
Spacious, well-appointed one story cottage in a quiet neighborhood convenient to town beaches, the island ferries, and Hyannis' commercial center. Thoughtful touches -- we arrived to find a vase of gerber daisies on the dining table. Elya is a great host.
My best friend and I throughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, so close to Hyannis and beaches but tucked away at the end of a quiet neighborhood. The two rooms were perfectly appointed, the appliances and amenities modern, and the decor ensures you experience the quintessential Cape feeling. We will be coming back next year!
