Adorable Chatham Ridgevale Beach House With Beautiful Gardens!

Enjoy a hotel experience in this quentisential beach house that is only 3/10 mile (7 minute walk) down the lane to the best Family Beach in Chatham. Ridgevale Beach great for kids, a snack bar, kayak and sailboat rentals available.

The house has professionally maintained gardens and grounds, outdoor shower and yard offers comfortable privacy that is buffered by conservation land. Inside there are three bedrooms, TWO full baths and a washer and dryer, (2) flat screen televisions, a sound system, an open kitchen, living and dining area - simply all you need.

Outdoor shower and clothesline.

Weber propane grill and Weber charcoal grill, also has fire pit.

No need to drive your car to the beach and pay to park your car, just throw your towel over your shoulder, and walk down to the beach.

The Cape Cod Bike path is 1/2 mile and fresh water Schoolhouse Pond 1 mile. Three miles to beautiful downtown Chatham for Friday night band concerts, Cape Cod Chatham A's baseball games, great restaurants.

The house was adorable. Great location (walking distance to Ridgevale Beach). Kids were able to scooter in the drive way and lived the hammock. Great deck out back for outdoor meals. House had beach chairs/ toys and wagon which was helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Great place and location to Ridgevale beach

Our third year staying here and it was wonderful again. Our young kids (4&6) love Ridgevale beach especially the calm marsh side. House had everything we needed and it was great having central AC during this past hot and humid week.

Another perfect stay!

We rent this property annually and it never disappoints. Always upgrades and full of everything you need. Location is prime to the beach and many other great local places. My family loves it here too and find it comfortable and relaxing.

Great Chatham Rental for Families

We were very impressed with our stay at Chillin’ in Chatham! Mike was a very responsive host and has a beautiful home. It was exactly as described, clean and perfect for my family! This home is suitable for families with young kids or an adults only trip. Very close to the beach and the village. August getaway

This has been our vacation home for the past 5 years or so. My family always looks forward to it and there's so much to do within a convenient distance. The house is the perfect size for our family and has many great features.

Everything about our stay was great! Nicely updated (I loved the primary suite bath!) and very clean. Ridgevale beach is great for kids and a short walk away. Mike was great and very responsive. I would recommend this house to others and absolutely stay again!

Great vacation spot

Everything was found as listed and described. Nice house, near beach, great outdoor shower. One suggestion: after a long, tiring drive to get there it would have been nice if the beds were made.

If we ask the house cleaners to make each bed your house cleaning fee would double to well over $325. In order to supply an affordable family vacation option we strive to keep costs down.

Beautiful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Chillin' In Chatham. The property was clean, comfortable, and a short walk to the perfect beach to enjoy with little ones (ours are 4 and 1). The updated master bath and kitchen made the stay extra nice and the beds were all comfy. Mike was really responsive and the neighborhood was cute and quiet. Can't wait to return!

Wonderful getaway in the cape

Awesome location for access to the beach and bike trails. Great back deck with enough room to enjoy lobsters outside near the gardens and beautifully renovated master bath room. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit after the kids went to bed. Very fun and memorable family beach vacation. Can’t wait to come again next year.

Beautiful beach house, fun week!

My family and I had a great week in Chatham. Mike was an excellent host, quick to reply and has a beautiful home. It was very clean and the master bathroom was an added bonus! Short walking distance to the beach, chairs and beach cart available and located in a nice family friendly neighborhood. We have already booked this property again for next summer!
