For common use: small fenced garden and outdoor shower. 2 spacious double bedrooms one of which with additional single bed, living room with sofa bed and kitchen/dining area, 2 bathrooms with shower. Easy access to the most beautiful beaches and coves of the Gallura region in the northeast of Sardinia with routes that offer breathtaking views. 1 km the beautiful white sandy beach of Cinta, 12 km the beach Punta Est surrounded by dense vegetation. 50 km the Costa Smeralda with famous resorts. 500 m the center of the seaside resort of San Teodoro with numerous stores, markets, restaurants, bars and a lively nightlife. Typisch italienische Ferienwohnung

Top Lage, tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse. Es ist alles vorhanden gewesen. Bettwäsche gegen Aufpreis vorhanden. Das Nachtleben von San Teodoro hatte uns so manches Mal wach gehalten.
