Beautiful Oceanfront B4 (5br/3ba) in Oceanlakes

welcome to our beautiful oceanfront B4! we call it our "flip flop house" because you are able to take in the amazing oceanfront views from the master king suite, Kitchen, dining area and den upstairs. Downstairs there are 4 additional rooms, 2 baths and a laundry room. The views from 3 of our master rooms are oceanfront (1 king upstairs, 2 of the queen rooms downstairs) while each of those 3 rooms has access via sliding door to decks as well. This is the perfect spot for families with tweens or teens as it is directly in front of the basketball court and in the middle of the action for the golf cart parade each night! There is a playground across the way as well as a volleyball area.

*Linens can be added for an additional fee of $225.00 or you can provide your own (sheets and towels) Oceanlakes has a daily resort fee for parking $12 a day per vehicle.

Great vacation!

We booked this property for our big summer vacation with friends/family! Great for the kids as we were right across from the basketball court and playground so the they could just run over and play. We could watch the golf cart parade every night from the porch and nothing beat waking up to the ocean right outside your window! We had a wonderful time and plenty of memories made! The host was very responsive and answered every question/concern I had! Hoping to make it an every year event!

We recently stayed at B4 in Ocean Lakes and wanted to share our experience. Overall, our time there was enjoyable, thanks to the responsive service from the rental company and the host. They were accommodating from the start, quickly addressing an issue with the dryer by replacing it within a couple of days, and after some confusion about parking for two vehicles, they promptly refunded the charges. Both were greatly appreciated. The location of the beach house was ideal, except during the golf cart parade each night. Then, you were trapped. Our favorite spot became the decks, which offered beautiful views of the ocean and an entertaining view of the basketball courts, perfect for evening relaxation. However, while the house was spacious enough for multiple guests, it really needs some updates and some TLC.An interior facelift would improve the overall experience. The lack of pots/pans for cooking for larger groups made meal preparation challenging. We also found the seating arrangements, both inside and outside, insufficient for the number of people staying. The master bedroom would benefit from darkening curtains and a locking door for privacy.It has been about 12 years since my last visit to Ocean Lakes, and while the rental experience was pleasant, the community atmosphere left much to be desired. The golf carts seemed out of control, and there was a lack of common courtesy among some guests and employees. We didn’t come across an employee who we considered “friendly”.
