Two carts also give your group extra flexibility. Some guests can head to the beach while others grab groceries, food, or explore Ocean Lakes.

All golf cart drivers must be at least 25 years old, possess a valid driver`s license, and follow Ocean Lakes Family Campground golf cart rules.

The Sandy Harbor Water Park includes the Adventure River, Splash Zone, Tube slide, Drop Zone, and Tad Pool and operates seasonally.

IMPORTANT 2026–2027 OCEAN LAKES UPDATE

Ocean Lakes is currently making major improvements to the Sandy Harbor area.

The original indoor pool, original outdoor pool, and Sandy Harbor Mini Golf closed September 8, 2026 for construction. Ocean Lakes plans to have the new facilities ready for Memorial Day weekend 2027.

Ocean Lakes is a complete vacation destination. The Sandy Harbor family fun center has the “Splash Zone” water park with slides and lazy river and game center that kids always love. The Nature Center can provide learning during your vacation. There are several playgrounds near the beach, an Olympic size outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool for year round enjoyment, a convenience store, Sandy’s Meet and Eat restaurant, the Sandy Harbor cafe, and the “snack shak” to grab a bite.

Ocean Lakes charges $15 per vehicle per day for parking. This must be paid directly to Ocean Lakes and is not included in our cost quote.
