Mis Rocas with designed by renowned architect Cachi Perez. and his vision was to create Spanish style estate with an open-air feel. The ocean side of the property is almost entirely open with large 8-10' sliding glass doors. They provide a 180 degree view of the bay, Los Arcos marine sanctuary and the city.

The area we live in is the PV South Shore. It has been the location for 3 famous movies and characterized by the unique aspect of having the Sierra Mountains on one side of the highway and Puerto Vallarta's Bay of Banderas on the other. We are 1 minute away from the beach and the zoo and 5 minutes from their international recognized Botanical Gardens that has a fantastic restaurant, bar and grill.
