Welcome to Lake Anna, & stay at the incredible waterfront nest on the public side with a gorgeous sunset view. Completely renovated! A large living room with vaulted ceilings, a spacious kitchen, and new baths make this a perfect space for gathering family & friends. Huge yard, waterfront & a covered dock, and two boat slips. The boat launch ramp is nearby (key is upon request). Canoe to Tim's Seafood. Use Kayaks/Canoe with a life vest pls. Monthly rental with a reasonable rate upon request.

Enjoy a cup of hot coffee on the side porch with the lake views from the side and back, a view of the lake from the dining room, or warm up to a fire in the fire pit. It is the perfect place to relax and make some memories. Walk around the beautiful wooded community and enjoy the lake. 5-7 min drive to food lion & convenience stores, restaurants, brewery, winery, and Lake Anna State Park.

The space is located in the beautiful Countryside at Lake Anna, you will love the privacy and the abundance of nature and wildlife. This home is newly renovated with three full bathrooms while most homes have 2.5 or fewer bathrooms. In addition to the bedrooms and, bathrooms there is a great room that opens up to the fully furnished kitchen with a dining area with 6 chairs and a few folding chairs for your group. There is a desk and chair located on the lower floor. We offer high-speed internet which is on a hotspot, and 2 smart TVs one on each floor.

When you go outside to the backyard, you will find chairs to use with a gas grill for grilling. There is also a fire pit nearby the shorelines.

There is a canoe and two kayaks provided for your use. Life jackets are provided and should always be used when using the canoe or/and kayaks. Use of canoe or kayaks is at your own risk!

Community amenities: beach, picnic area, fishing pier, pavilion, and a boat launch.

We ask that you respect our home, our neighborhood, and our neighbors. Abide by the quiet hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) and the posted 18 mph speed limit throughout the neighborhood.

Cutting boards are provided so please do not cut directly on the counters. coasters are also provided and should be used for hot mugs, plates, and pots. they should never be put on the counters directly while hot without the use of a holder.

We had a lovely weekend getaway! Amy was very responsive and the house was great! Perfect for the 7 of us. We were able to get out on the water in the canoe and two kayaks which was a huge bonus!

A wonderful weekend on the lake

We had a very nice 7 ladies get together weekend. The home, the location, the amenities are very nice. Great communication with the owner. We would definitely rent this house again.

Fun time

We were mainly on the lake and didn’t spend a lot of time at the house. The screened in porch was perfect for hanging out during the rainstorm playing games and eating breakfast. The master bathroom is super nice. All four couples enjoyed their stay!

Great Relaxing Lake Experience!

Great Views from the porch and deck. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen had all your needs for cooking. Two dining areas inside and on porch. Home was very clean with 3 full modern bathrooms. Perfect for 3 couples or sizable family Dock with canoe and 2 kayaks. We would like to comeback next year to this home if its available.

Home was clean and met our expectations based on the pictures from listing. Kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. Washer and dryer are nice amenity. Setting is beautiful with surrounding trees and view of lake. House needs some minor repairs such as the screen door on porch, ceiling tiles in basement, carpet strip at bottom of stairs, chairs at fire pit were cracked. A more accurate description/picture of hill down to lake would have helped us with our booking since one of us has a mobility issue. Overall, we were comfortable in the house and enjoyed our stay.

The 8 of Us

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and well maintained. We only had two slight issues- first the main living room has a huge smart tv but with spotty internet access, the tv was useless the whole weekend. This made for one unhappy college sports fan this weekend. The second was the Queen bedroom downstairs has no privacy to the bedroom with the bunk beds and twin.

Why they chose this property

While my family usually spends a few days at this lake every year, finally, we decided to get one there. The lake is so peaceful and relaxing. Fishing from the dock brought us a lot of fun. Kayak to Tim's restaurant is amazing. Grab some drink and watch the astonishing sunset from the dock will relax you completely.
