This 2BR, 2BA property, in the Village of Amelia, is just a hop, skip, and a jump to great fun at Lake Sumter and Brownwood! You can jump in the golf cart and cruise right over to Lake Sumter for live music, lots of restaurants, and shopping! The golf cart comes with the house. The location is close to many country clubs, golf, pickleball, and swimming. You will not be bored in The Villages!

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.
Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)
THIS IS A PET FREE PROPERTY!
Golf Cart Fee is $100 at the time of booking.
The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.
