Hidden Gem!

We had a wonderful stay at this hidden gem in The Villages! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed — and having the golf cart was a huge bonus. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property inside and out. The cleanest home we have ever seen and stayed in! Every amenity you need and more. This home is wonderfully decorated and is the coziest, most welcoming property and properly named “Serenity Place!” It’s literally home sweet home. The home was very nicely updated. Was close to pools and recreation centers. Valerie was so accomodating to have us stay at her home with only a couple of days notice. Very nice of her.

Great home near Spanish Springs

Very comfortable and welcoming. The home has a nice lanais right in front. The perfect place to enjoy your coffee in the morning. It has a nice smaller Kitchen with everything you need. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The Gas golf cart is a plus! Communication with the owner is excellent.

This rental was wonderful! It had all the cooking utensils and pans that we wanted and even a plentiful spice supply. The bedrooms were spacious with new comfortable mattress and fully stocked with towels and even towels for the local swimming pools. We throroughly enjoyed our stay at Val's house. Oh, and the golf cart was a hoot to drive!

Welcoming Experience

There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this property. It was clean and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay in The Villages. The golf cart was an added feature that we took advantage of to go to the store, town square, and to visit relatives living in the vicinity. Perfect retreat! This rental is quiet, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Plenty of room for a family of 4, with everyone having a comfortable recliner. Everything is provided, including toothbrushes. Use of the gold cart was our favorite part of the stay! Communication with the owner, Val, was impeccable. This is the third place we have stayed in The Villages, and by far our favorite. I can’t recommend this rental enough. We hope to be back at this wonderful rental in the near future! Thank you Val!

Weekend Family Visit

What a beautiful home. My husband’s parents have lived at the villages for over 20 years. Recently they live in assisted living at Freedom point. Sadly, his mother passed away a week ago and we planned the services at the village’s.The siblings all rented VRBOs to be close to each other but ours by far was the best. So well decorated, clean and had all the amenities you could imagine. We were conveniently located to everything especially Freedom point which made it easier for my father in law to get out and visit a small group of family. Val the host was so great and answered all our questions. We hope it’s available the next time we want to come for a visit so we can call it our “Villages Home away from home”Thank you!

Perfect spot in The Villages

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed home in the villages. It had everything we needed, including the golf cart which seats four and folding chairs we could use at the nearby town centers. Communication with the owners was easy and they provided all the information we requested. The home appears to be recently renovated and spotless. Felt like home!

The moment we walked in the door it felt like we were at home. Could have just brought clothes and toiletries. This home was furnished with everything but groceries. Clean and very comfortable. Even my fur baby enjoyed his time. Enclosed courtyard gave me comfort in letting him out. Thank you!

Why they chose this property

The Villages is a magical place with so much to do. You will feel like you are at a 5 star resort and will not want to go home! This property is conveniently located to two town squares and has been completely updated and modernized. I use the home a few weeks a year for my own enjoyment. Unfortunately I am not ready to make this my permanent residence yet. The home has been furnished and prepared with all of the comforts and little extras to make your stay enjoyable. You will not be disappointed.

What makes this property unique

This is an updated home put together with care. Clean, comfortable and modern updates. Both bedrooms have King Sized beds so no one has to fight over the master! The neighborhood is very friendly and the location is convenient to everything.
