Es ist ein sehr schönes Apartment mit wenigen Wohnimgen. Neuer Standard, neues Haus, schöne Architektur. Mit Auzug 1 Geschoss. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

situation parfaite et appartement très agréable . Vous avez juste un copropriétaire particulièrement désagréable . Nous avons utilisé un litre d'eau de la co propriété pour nettoyer une tache sur notre voiture . Ce monsieur c'est empressé de vous appeler . Peut-être dois-je verser 5ct à ce monsieur pour le dédommager je vous souhaite bon courage avec ce genre de personnage Bien à vous

Parfait !
Coup de coeur pour ce magnifique studio très bien agencé et décoré. Tout le confort est présent . Idéalement placé à côté de la mer et tout près des commerces nous avons eu le luxe de ne pas utiliser notre voiture de la semaine qui a elle profité d'un parking privé. Très calme également dans une résidence très bien entretenue . Bref. ..que du bonheur ! Nous louerons de nouveau avec un grand plaisir ce bien dans cette splendide ville d'Arcachon où nous avons été très bien accueillis.

Agréable studio décoré avec goût, terrasse agréable surtout hors saison, proximité de la plage et du centre ville d'où l'intérêt de laisser sa voiture au parking privé de la résidence.Studio équipé d'un lave linge, pour notre cas nous aurions apprécié un lave-vaisselle. Literie très confortable, grande douche à l'italienne très appréciable.

Location que je recommande
J ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce studio. L appartement est clair, propre et spacieux. Les literies étaient confortables. Nous étions proche du centre et de la plage sans avoir besoin de voiture. Dans la cuisine il ne manquait juste qu'un grille-pain, et ça aurait été parfait. Je recommende vivement !!!

Pour le repos
Appartement très calme sans vis à vis tout en étant proche du centre ville. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied, aller au marché, aux restaurateurs, à la plage ou bien tout simplement flâner au gré de vos envies.

Un loft moderne , coquet, propre et accueillant sur un écran de verdure au calme dans une jolie petite résidence bien sécurisée proche de la mer. Nous nous sommes sentis bien. L accueil Interhome très bien organisé et a l écoute.
