Provided all kinds of information in advance about amenities, events, etc. Very easy process.Home was very clean, very spacious, pics are accurate.The neighborhood and clubhouse are also nice. Only downside was parking and some people having big parties, can't control that.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this beautiful home. Every bedroom was comfortable and thoughtfully decorated, giving everyone in our family their own space and privacy, which made the stay especially relaxing.The home is extremely well-equipped with everything you could possibly need and truly felt like a place you could settle into right away. One of our favorite parts was the peaceful farmland behind the house, where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets each evening—it was such a calming and special way to end the day.The location was very convenient, with stores nearby and Disney not far at all, making it easy to get around while still feeling quiet and tucked away. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus, and overall it was hard to leave because everything about this home felt welcoming and comfortable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-maintained, and beautiful place to stay.

Disney for 5th Birthday

We gathered in Orlando for our daughters 5th birthday. The house was perfect for a large group and we enjoyed our stay. Traffic from the home to the disney property was a bit hectic but the home and resort community were wonderful! We will certainly be visiting this home again!

This house is awesome for an extended family vacation. It was great to have all the baby gear at the house like a crib, high chair and baby gate. The only complaint was the amount of traffic but that has nothing to do with the house, just a lot of traffic around the Orlando area. Definitely would rent again!

House is beautiful and was immaculately clean. It has everything needed for a wonderful family vacation. The only drawback is getting into the neighborhood. We waited up to 20 mins several times. The neighborhood doesn’t have enough parking for the number of homes. The HOA doesn’t enforce rules.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the house and all it amenities. The house is a located at the back of the community on a court which was great as the pool area was backing on to nothing. Felt very private. We would come back again.

We enjoyed the house very much it was nice and spacious. The only concern is we paid extra for heat to the spa and pool. I’m of the opinion that both the pool and spa was not adequately heated for the extra files that were paid.

Just what we all needed

Only issues we had were the dish washer not working but got a new one in a couple of days! Paid for pool and hot tub to be heated but wasn’t that hot. Otherwise this place is beautiful! The streets are small so go slow lots of cars around

Beautiful 7 Bedroom / 5 Bathroom Pool Home

We enjoyed our 3 week stay in this beautiful vacation home! Patricia did a wonderful job communicating with us and making her home feel like it was our own. It was very clean and organized and there was everything that we needed for cooking, enjoying the pool, and having the comforts of home! The pool and spa were amazing, along with the huge deck area all the way around the pool. They really did a great job designing the outdoor space. I could go on and on, but this was a perfect house for our family and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks again Pat!

Fantastic Home

This home was a perfect vacation spot for our family of 10. We all had plenty of space. The pool area was spectacular with numerous loungers, large spa and pool, BBQ, and table. The home was decorated beautifully with comfortable furniture and beds. Daily garbage pick up was nice. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes (both glassware and plastic), cookware, serving platters, etc. It was nice to have dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and cleaning spray for our stay. No details were overlooked. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great Home!!!

This is a great property to stay! We booked for 5 nights and ended up staying at this property for 9 nights. The home was clean and inviting. Plenty of rooms and space. The kitchen was well equipped with enough for a larger family or group. Now I saved the best for last...the pool and outside seating area was the bomb!! Super large pool, large hot tub and the pool deck is the largest I've seen in a rental property in the area. The outside also boasts a refrigerator and a outside TV. I will definitely book this home again! The owner and local management are really friendly and efficient. Thank you Pat for making our vacation a huge success!

Great Staycation

This home is beautiful! My daughters 21st Birthday was in August and with Covid going on we could not have a huge party as we wanted so a staycation was the next best thing. Our family of 12 stayed for 7 nights and had an absolutely fantastic time! The home is very spacious and everyone was very comfortable. The garage games were fun and the upstairs TV/gaming system was great for the guys to play games on. The pool deck area is where we spent most of our time. Its perfect with a TV, mini fridge, grill, table and lounge furniture out there! We loved it and did not want to leave at the end of our trip. The owner Pat is a blessing to deal with and very responsive! We definitely will be wanting to stay at this home again! We give it 5 stars for sure!

Christmas

Let me just say we asked about putting up a Christmas tree. Halfway to Florida we realized we had forgotten ours. When we walked through the door Christmas decorations were right by the door and a beautiful Christmas tree decorated by the dining room they truly went above and beyond. Easy communication between the management team and I when we couldn't find the xbox information. The rooms were amazing, clean, and comfortable the heated pool was definitely used by my children all week. Definitely will be booking this house again! Thank you

We love to go to Celebration, for its bars and restaurants and its just a quick hop up the I4 to our favourite pub the Town Tavern, just 15 minutes door to door. We chose the Solterra Gated Resort Community because of the quality of the community, variety of houses, spacious plots and most of all the fabulous resort Club house and pool area. We dont play golf, but thought it would be great for those who do as you have many courses in the area, one only 2 miles away.

What makes this property unique

We chose this model house because it had a ground floor king-size room for those who can quite manage the stairs, or prefer to pop right into the pool from bed! As well as a second king suite. The pool area is amazing, with custom designed 30 ft pool, spa and super comfy seating to enjoy Florida's outdoor lifestyle. It has plenty of space to gather together, or find a quiet corner to relax a while. !

The location in the spacious Solterra Community is quiet - on a short cul de sac - and behind is a wonderful quiet open view.
Its close to everything! Shopping, Parks, Restaurants - our favourite place to visit "Celebration" and of course the beaches are only an hour or so away to either coast! Easy day trip either way.

Our pool deck gets the sun all day, whilst providing shade, as its often a tad warm in that wonderful Florida Sun! but is great to kick bag and relax on the comfortable cushioned furniture and chat about the events of the day or dream of adventures still to come

Our property has lots of living space, it has a family room for all the family to watch TV and eat, another spacious living room with a games table for the adults, large TV with full sports channels and gaming, games room with slate bed pool table, etc

We have made sure that bedtime is super comfortable with pillow top mattresses for all and luxury beddin
